Michael & Son Services

We had a leak in our kitchen sink. We called Michaels and Sons. We signed a contract with them for the AC & Heater but apparently that doesn’t cover plumbing. So we paid $169 for the technician to come on a Sunday. I think that’s fair, after hours should have a higher price…. But for installation of a small PVC pipe they charged us $300 plus this and that we ended up paying $675
People told me that this company is super expensive and they were not lying. I guess reliable has a steep price

Victor was very professional and quick and efficient at the job. He left us confident in his skill and satisfied with his work. He communicated the issue well as well as other tips that made us know more about our house. Great job by him and would love to work with him again!!

Technician Terrell Hairston came to my home with a great personality. He notified me when he was going to arrive, went straight to work and told me what I suspected. I needed a new air unit, do to age and State Law regarding the use of "Freon."
Mr. Hairston put me in touch with Mr. Thomas Dixon who came the same day to give a free estimate on a new unit. When he arrived, he too went straight to work and explained in detail the unit I currently have and the options that best suited me. I'm very happy and satisfied with the services I receive Michael & Son.

We needed to have a kitchen sink faucet replaced. The plumber from Michael & Son, Alexander McDougall, came out to give us an estimate and the very next day got the part and installed it quickly and professionally. He kept in communication about when he expected to be at our house and was on time, friendly, and courteous. Couldn't ask for better service and will definitely use this company again.

Past device had been good. Then last week turned on AC. When I went to switch back to heat would not come on. Called Michael and sons who had just performed summer maintenance check. Only for them to tell me it would be 5 days before anybody could come to my house. Called another company after 2 days. They had someone their in 3 hours. Come to find out had to pay $118 for clog float. Something that should of been checked during maintenance check up. When called to complain. Was told someone will call you back. Still waiting on that. Ran a classy retail business, customer service is your best salesman. Never, never,never ignore customers complaints. Always top priority. The longer I wait the madder I get. I guess Michael and sons has just gotten to big. No longer care. Just like the insurance company that's supposed to be your neighbor..

I had the pleasure of having Michael Madrid at my home today diagnosing a backup from a drain. He was early, professional, knowledgeable, and really nice. He also took the time to explain things to me. Would definitely use their services in the future.

This is my second review and let me just express how happy I am with the quick service that was delivered at my home! We experienced a water leak under the kitchen sink on a Saturday night and gave Micheal and Son a call on Sunday morning. Juan Castillo was at our home before 3 pm on a Sunday! He was very professional and quick! He was so helpful in explaining to me what the issue was and what needed to be replaced and demonstrated what he would need to do to fix it. He was literally a life saver and there was no water damage! Truly appreciated his time on a Sunday when the football game was on (lol)

Outstanding plumber. My family noticed weird sounds coming from our basement for quite some time, and we were concerned about our plumbing. We contacted Michael and Sons and they dispatched plumber Samer to my home and he was able to diagnose the issue after a plumbing inspection. My family needed a new water heater and sump pump.

Samer was able to schedule a service appointment and get all the necessary parts to replace my heater and sump pump. Samer was the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everything was done timely (a few hours), professionally, and to our liking. He replaced my water heater and sump pump and explained everything every step of the way.

My family will definitely continue to use Michael and Sons plumbing (and request Samer if possible) for all our plumbing needs. Thank you again for the awesome service!

Booking an appointment was super easy. Marcus installed the garbage disposal- he was very professional, pleasant and informative. He answered any questions we had and provided estimates for any other services we asked about. Will definitely call again and refer friends/family. Thank you!
