The technician (Mr. Campbell) provided EXCELLENT service! He was professional and thorough. I'm very pleased with the results. Additionally, I appreciate him taking the time to offer recommendations and detailed explanations for additional preventive maintenance in order to avoid future potential plumbing issues.

My garbage disposal busted and was not salvageable, leading to a massive leak in my kitchen. Michael and Sons was able to get me a next day appointment to install the unit I purchased to replace it. Henry was super nice, very professional, and speedy!

Had a unique ask for a a hot tub line to be disconnected and removed completely. They were able to setup a convenient same day appointment. The gentlemen were professional and very polite. Provided a great quote and were able to complete the work then and there. It was a bit of complicated project given the hard to reach locations, but they explained everything clearly and even assessed some other questions I had about other electrical matters providing separate quotes for me to review for another time. I appreciated the help and timeliness!

Michael & Son Services replaced our old heat pump, air handler & humidifier on fairly short notice. We made a decision on a unit on a Tuesday and they were out two days later. Very professional, took time to answer my questions about the new unit. We liked having the company for maintenance for the old unit and this confirms that we made a good choice when it was time to replace it. We will continue to have them service our new equipment. I've used their exceptional team for three repairs now and have not been disappointed with any of the work. All three technicians were highly professional and skilled. Each time I was fully informed about everything they found and given upfront estimates for full repairs. Definitely calling them for any future problems if it is a service they provide.

Wow! Communication from the first call, to notifying me of a delayed time frame in advance, to a very helpful and communicative technician - all very impressive! The technician was very nice, easy to talk with and answered my questions, was very professional, clean and tidy. Most importantly my AC works without a leak!

They lied that they could fix the problem. They just kept delaying and not showing up. They required I pay for the entire service. We paid it. This is before I knew they were lying and they couldn't fix the problem. My credit card was charged $1,550 for no service. After 5 days of broken appointments and no show. I finally cancelled service and asked for a refund. The past 15 days they continue to say I will be reimbursed. 15 days later, they are saying all over again they need to send my claim
To another department for reimbursement. Deceptive practices and more lies. Be aware if they are not capable of fixing the issue they will come up with a jackpot fix and charge you. A real plumber told us the truth and we fixed it for $15 it was very simple. Never again ! American Express can deal with them now. We were planning to sign-up for their maintenance service so happy we didn't !

Michael McGovern was polite, cordial, competent, confident, and efficient. He was able to unclog my bathroom sink (had not been able to use it for several weeks) rather than my having to have someone possibly replace the pipes in the wall under the sink - would have been a very expensive process.

I appreciated the care that Chris took while he repaired my AC unit. He showed and explained things to me every step of the way, complete with pictures! Thank you so much!
