Michael & Son Services

We have used Michael & Son services twice now and have been amazed at their prompt service, professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding communication, starting with their call center and scheduling an appointment all the way through to the completion of the job. I called at 9am and had an appointment scheduled between 10am and 1pm the same day. The call center notified me at 11am that the technician would be running late due to the current job running long, but assured me that I was next and would be seen. About 10 min. later, the call center found a technician that was available and rerouted him to keep the 10am-1pm window. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Seth at 11:15 telling me that he was on the way!

Seth did a fantastic job replacing a faulty frost-proof outdoor faucet the first time we used Michael & Son, so I was confident that Seth would do an outstanding job for us this time as well. Seth was friendly, respectful, professional, but most importantly he was extremely competent. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes and for far less than what was quoted. Seth is honest and reliable, a trait that is very hard to come by today.

Michael & Son provide pictures, documentation, and outstanding communication throughout the process . They take great care to leave your home as clean or cleaner than when they arrive. When you call for a plumber you just know that you are going to pay the world--it's expected. With Michael & Son, however, you are not only getting value for the price, but you have the peace of mind knowing that the job is being done right.

The tech (Brion I believe is his name) who came out was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. He went above and beyond. No hard upsell for unneeded service. Clear and concise communication of solutions and options. Excellent experience solving a stressful problem. He even resealed the cut he put in my wall which was not a requirement for him. Great experience.

The technician, Zach H, was awesome! He serviced my elderly father's electrical issue in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner. Very professional communication and service from making an appointment to my technician Haywood coming out to my house. Had a 250v receptacle converted to a 120 GFCI. Haywood followed all safety practices and verified and secured power before proceeding with the installation. Took all around 30 minutes. He even had a spare faceplate to provide for me as I forgot to pick one up. I'll definitely be contacting Michael & Son's for my future home improvement needs.

Had an a/c leak, found this company on Google. Their website made scheduling an appointment extremely easy and they had openings almost immediately. Showed up on time, found the issue and repaired it all in less than 2 hours. They also offered free restoration estimates for the damages and had someone come out for an estimate less than 48 hours later.

Quick, easy, polite and knowledgeable. They will be my first call for any other issues they offer service for in the future.

I've made Michael and Son my go to. I call them because i trust them.. They have not failed me yet. You can trust them to address your concerns and ensure you're satisfied. They'll let you know what they can do, what they can't do and NOT take you down the "rabbit hole" like others will. They are truly the trusted professionals.

We had a minor electrical emergency, and Michael & Sons were the only ones who were able to come out on such short notice - unfortunately for us, the appointment didn't make it through the system, but the lady my wife spoke with was amazing, and she managed to get us an appointment the same day. The tech showed up early, was polite and knowledgeable, and knew what the issue was before we finished describing the problem. The problem actually wound up being a Dominion Power issue, but our overall experience was such a positive one, we'll be coming back to M&S in the future

Called and had same day service, Danny our technician was outstanding and troubleshooting was done and didn't just hunt and peck like other technicians from Sear Home Repair. Danny was able to answer questions, fixed our electronical issue and his professionalism resulted in additional future work scheduled. I would highly recommend Michael & Son.
