I had tech Aiden he was so professional and he arrived on time. He explained everything that needed to be done, what he did and the different programs they have that I could sign up for. He did an excellent job making sure I knew all I needed to know and I would definitely recommend them to m friends

Awesome service from Reagan! Great guy, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He showed us details about our system that made us very glad we had canceled our appointment with the competition. His attention to detail kept us from the costly repairs we would have needed if the other guys had done the job instead.

Worked with a plumber named Dave he was incredibly professional and didn't mind when I would talk his ear off. We exchanged navy stories while he worked. He did an incredible job. Will definitely call them again if I have any more plumbing issues

I needed an exterior light post fitting. I had discovered that the previous post had been wired with incorrect wiring. On calling Michael & Sons, they got a tech out to me that day and confirmed that the wiring that was already in place was indeed not up to code. The work was planned for the next few days and has been completed to a very high standard. Haywood the tech, was polite and gave me good communication about what he needed to do and how he was going to do it. I would highly recommend this company and will be looking to use them again for future projects.

My water lines going to my hot water tank were busted and water was gushing out. Got a technician named Scott sent out to me within an hour and my lines repaired better than ever in less than 45 mins upon arrival! Amazing customer service and quality maintenance!

Corey and Marcus were very professional!! They explained everything that they were doing and constantly asked did I have any questions. They were very respectful and worked well together. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for an awesome job and explaining things to me.

I live in a duplex, and while doing yard work, I saw the sewer cleanout was leaking "water" from the top. I called you, requested service & was politely scheduled for the next day (Saturday). Your rep, Dave was on time & went straight to work diagnosing the problem - sewer pipe obstruction. But it was my neighbor's pipe not mine! Dave worked up a price, notified my neighbor, Jeff, & he accepted. Dave reamed out the pipe as best he could but a 2nd blockage was further down than he could get to w/o an assessment w/ a camera. He made arrangements w/ the office to have a camera on site Monday morning. The name & payment info was changed on the paperwork & the call carried forward to Monday. Thats how, ultimately, I did not use your service, but witnessed a good job done by a good employee.

I could not have been happier with the service I received from Bryce Beckwith and Jeff Barry today. They were both so professional and kind. I was very anxious about a running toilet and other possible leaks and they walked me through everything. I will definitely be using Michael & Sons for all my future plumbing needs including a new hot water heater. Thank you for the great service!
