We could not be more pleased with this company, sooo glad we called them! We needed an assessment on a possible leaking pipe and they were able to come look and advise us on what to do all in the same day (not sure if this will be a city issue or not, if not we are 100% calling back to schedule the repair)!! Very friendly and professional, and will definitely be calling them again for any other future needs!!

Same day response when our sewer backed up. Jeff was great and cleared the clog, then came back the next day to scope the line. Short story is they scoped the line to the septic tank, then dug out the cover to confirm it was full. Quick and and professional response while I was out of town. Much appreciated!

Today I had a Plumbing Maintenance Inspection. My technician, Gage Simkins, called before arrival. He was very professional and explained everything as we proceeded throughout the house. There were no problems. We discussed 2 items that will need upgrading to bring to code before future sell of home. I mentioned that 1 bathroom never had exhaust fan, just a small window. He told me that their electricians can install, I will definitely look into this. I would recommend Michael & Sons to anyone needing a service.

The electrician was professional, safe, and fast. He installed a ceiling light without any problems. He also gave me a generous military discount. I couldn’t ask for a better electrician.

We had an issue with our facets in the bathroom. The technician took less than 5 minutes to look under the sink, run water and talk with me. The conclusion was fix the faucets or replace them. The faucets were less than a 1 1/2 YEARS OLD. I THOUGHT MAYBE WE WOULD FIX THEM. THE QUOTE FOR FIXING THEM WAS OVER $550.00 AND to replace them was over $650.00 and we would have to provide the faucets. I stared at the Technician in shock. We said no. I don't understand why they are so expensive and how they know the issue just by shining the light on things. I would never use this company.

Technician was helpful, professional, and offered several options for repair (not just the most expensive). Friendly as well. I have used Michael and Son for several household needs and will keep utilizing their services.

I am a new home owner and the water heater in the house was old, I knew it was on my list to replace *eventually* until... Yep, it started leaking! Michael & Sons had a technician out the very next day and replaced the water heater promptly. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. In addition he educated me on some tips to make sure my system runs efficiently. I'm very pleased with the service!

Amazing customer service and very helpful staff. Not only did Patrick come in, fix the clogged pipes and find the root of our plumbing issues but he also provided us with estimates and explained them thoroughly in a way I could understand. He went above and beyond to help me understand the best way to fix and maintain the plumbing in my house.
