We had a great experience with the Greensboro team. They are easy to schedule with, good communicators and prompt for appointments. Garrison was friendly and professional. We really appreciated how clearly he documented and explained the issue with our equipment - as well as how he walked us through our potential solutions and the different pros/cons of the options at different price points. Garrison and his team did fantastic work and left the area and equipment looking better than it did before (seriously - they tidied up and improved the space around the external units). We would certainly recommend their services (and Garrison in particular)!

We were previously told by another service that our AC was freezing over because it needed to be cleaned. We scheduled a cleaning, and found that it needed more than a cleaning. The AC was already frozen over, and it had been thawed with a filter change less than a week ago. Our AC was fixed in less than two hours, and the house already feels much cooler.

I had garrison come out to look at my Air Conditioner he did a great job. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Michael and Sons was a great value and I would definitely use them in the future.

Called them and got a same day appointment. The last place i used kept rescheduling me and pushing me off. Garrison did a very thorough job and not only fixed my AC but let me know about a few things to prevent issues down the road. Highly recommend them!
