Akeem and Charles updated my electric panel and installed 60a dedicated breaker for my EV charger installation. The update charged my car from 27%-80% in 4.5 hours., which is perfect!

My partner was concerned about the install and how it will would make the exterior of our house look but when he got home he was also impressed turned out. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless.

So far I'm really satisfied with the service? Bradley came to my house to give me an estimate for two ac units I was late he waited one hour for me and was really nice and professional. I have several quotes from other places but the fact that he waited for me and was really nice and explained everything with detail I decided to go with them and already got one unit install and getting the second one install next week thank you Bradley 🙌

Very pleased from my initial call for a quote to the sales rep who took time to review our needs and showing us options for the unit and financing.

The install was done a day earlier than scheduled which was greatly appreciated especially since we had no a/c for way to long and in these hot steamy days.

The install techs Devon and Kodi were very professional, did install promptly and are very courteous.

I needed this piece replaced. I think it is part of the air compressor. Not sure exactly what he did but I do know that my house went from 90° back down to 80 cool and comfortable 75°. Thank you!

Service Technician Chris Cox was dispatched to assist with a no cool call as a result of an issue with our AC. He contacted me and provided an accurate ETA and was on time ready to work! He took the time to explain what had happened with our unit and showed me how he made the repair. Once he verified everything was working he explained the maintenance packages that the company offers and was not pushy with trying to sell.

He was the most professional and friendly technician we have ever had work at our house. Oh and had a great sense of humor which is hard to find! We will be scheduling a future maintenance package inspection and signing up in the next few months. Highly recommend this company!

Christin and Mario were awesome! They came in when it was raining and started working right away even when our power went out. They were a great team and my wife enjoyed talking with them. Once again to the rescue in a Blue Cargo Van comes Micah. He is always so positive and he turns customer service into a customer experience. We are so glad that we have the service contract with Michael and Sons. We have only had awesome service and professional skilled people take care of us.

Booking was really simple. I called in and was booked for next day service. Our technician was Mr. Marcellus he was on time and explained exactly what he would be doing (also alternative measures in case Plan A did not work) and the cost before providing services. I tried to install a glass rinse on my existing faucet. I broke the faucet and and would have been without a kitchen sink. The technician came out faster than quoted, tried to work with my broken faucet and another I had from an old project. He tried to save me money at every step and really made me feel like I was working with an honest company. My new faucet is clean and efficient and I even got the glass rinse installed.

Couldn't be happier. Dustin Phillips was prompt, professional, informative, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. When I initially called the dispatcher was also very polite, helpful, and was quick to schedule something the same day. This was my first experience with an HVAC repair as a first time homeowner, and I will always call Michael & Son.
