There were several places that water was dripping under the sink and Matt dealt with all of them. He explained the solutions and very much respected my priorities. Did the critical things and left me a quote for next level options. I would definitely use Michael and Sons again. Kudos to Matt for his quality work!

Our plumber Matt was awesome! We had a clogged drain that we tried snaking on our own with no success. He came in and was professional and efficient. Matt quickly identified what needed to be done, took care of the clog, cleaned up everything once he was finished, and truly made the whole experience painless. He even tightened up the P-trap underneath the sink. Highly recommended using their services.

I called Michael and Sons for a water leak issue on the outside of my property! They were very quick to come out and give solutions along with reasonable pricing once they started to dig. It was fixed within an hour and half of coming out! Would recommend this company all day!

Tommy was awesome! Showed up in the earlier part of the 2.5 hour window I was given, which was great. He was able to install an entirely new receptacle and update a current one in very little time. I’m so relieved to have a working washer and dryer. I would highly recommend using Michael & Sons.

Jody really made the process of replacing our water heater smooth for us. He called before the appointment and let us know he had reviewed the emergency call we placed to Michael & Son when our water heater failed and overflowed. He let us know he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. Upon arrival, Jody was courteous, empathetic, and ready to get to work. He explained the pricing for the replacement unit and was patient with our questioning. His answers were thorough and straightforward. Then, once we decided on a payment option, he went about gathering his supplies and got to work. He worked efficiently and answered any questions that came up. Once he finished, he stayed long enough to ensure that everything was working up to and beyond our expectations. He also took time to explain proper shut off points for the unit as well as the warranty and service agreement. Our technician Bryan M was very professional. He has an excellent work ethic. Problems arose on the installation of a gas water heater and he explained exactly what he had to do and when parts were needed how long he would be gone. He worked diligently on a difficult job in very hot weather. I would highly recommend this young man. Great job Bryan!!
