The guy that came out to fix our blown fuse/breaker was a great spirit and very knowledgeable. The whole process from scheduling to paying is technically advanced and easy for the customer. Then to finish it all off you send out one really nice guy to explain the problem and talk about a few potential upgrades in the future. Make sure you keep him!! Def a good selection of you go with Michael and Son.

I had a new heat pump installed in my condo and was very impressed with the service and how the technicians put plastic down to protect my floors from the front door to my attic entrance. My installation pro Dat Nguyen was very professional and hard working and did a great job, even doing a bit of extra work (at no additional charge) to correct a previous installation error. I was extremely happy with the price compared to competitors. I will definitely use this company in the future!

I’ve been dealing with Michael and sons for about 3 years now. I always receive professional service and feel like a valued customer. The program I joined for my AC unit is quite beneficial in that any service call I make is prioritized. I’m always pleased with my technicians knowledge of my unit. I have a warranty where I get routine maintenance check ups on the cooling system so that my air runs when it needs to. Turnaround time is pretty quick too.
Thank you for your service!

I used Michael & Son Services a few months back and had a great technician but unfortunately didn't have the same luck my second time around. I called and paid for a same day appointment and someone was able to come out in a few hours. He was supposed to simply improve our a/c so our already working unit cooled better given we're going into the warmer months. He charges us but saying that we need refrigerant to get below 72 temp and that we need to schedule with someone else. After calling Michael & Sons to schedule with a second person, note that we already paid, for him to do the job we're now told we need to wait 4 days. We call a second service who comes out and actually finds that the Michael & Sons technician, Jorge, fudged the wiring for the unit and almost messed up our compressor. So we spent over $500 for Michael & Sons to not fix anything and create an issue, and then over $800 for another company to fix Michael & Sons issue and simply add refrigerant to our unit. While my first time using them was great, the experience and cost of the second makes it one I'll never do again. I can't even imagine the damage the unit would've experienced if we waited the 4 days for someone to find the issue the initial technician made. The wiring literally was color coded for match and wrongly placed on the unit. Oh and when calling about a refund, or a manager even responding to the problem, we're told it'll take 1-2 days.

Michael Madrid and his Co-worker Michael, did a fantastic job with the issues associated with the Copper Water Line and Tub Spout. He was friendly, informative and thorough. B/c he did such a great job I signed up for the Home Care Plan (due to the age of my Home and the continued problems with plumbing, electrical and HVAC). It appears the Home Care Plan will offer savings with so many issues I have put off. Thanks Again,

UPDATE 6/3:
I’ve left my original review below, but unfortunately I would NEVER use M&S again. The initial repair did not fix the problem and neither did the second time they came out. A third plumber had to come out to fix the issue. When the home was inspected for sale (this was the second inspection for this issue), I was informed that a rock was used to support an overhead pipe rather than replacing a strap. When I reviewed various photos, it was clear the first plumber did this. There was never a conversation about the strap needing replaced I paid nearly $800 of the repair I wasn’t about to argue the cost of the strap, had it been mentioned. This was the first I had heard of it. While M&S did send someone out and their call center personnel are top notch, when I spoke with one of the plumber managers his unprofessionalism was matched only by the use of a rock as a repair method.
I explained I was due to close on selling that house in 24hrs and move my family to the Midwest and sale may fall through because of the repeated failures of M&S to repair the leak and the use of the rock. The buyers of the house were concerned about the quality of any repair that would use a rock.
The manager then said I was accusing M&S of sabotaging the sale of my house and said the plumber may have been using the rock to get the water flow right. I asked in what world using a rock from the crawl space was an accepted practice. He offered no meaningful reply and snarled while he asked what I wanted. I told him after two failed repairs and use of a rock I wanted a refund. He agreed to that and then sarcastically told me he hoped I enjoyed living where I was moving because it heard it was nice and calm there.
He did call me three more times to update the dispatch and status of the crew coming out. His tone was more subdued though he never offered anything close to an apology. That crew was polite and professional and removed the rock and properly secured the pipe. The refund was processed promptly.
Bottom line:
1. Their initial repair failed.
2. Their second repair failed.
3. Their management lacks basic customer service skills.
4. Their call center employees are professional and as responsive as they can be given their limited authority.
5. I was refunded my money.
6. Will never entertain using them if I return to the area and if I learned they had previously done any work, I would require it to be inspected by an outside party.
Original Review:
A plumber came out to check on a water leak. He was extremely professional and friendly. He identified the problem and explained it and how he would fix it. He worked quickly and respected my house, cleaning up afterwards. I would certainly use M&S again and the plumber is an asset to the company.

We had a pin hole leak on one of the copper pipes on the hot water tank. Since it was under pressure it was shooting the stream about 6 feet away. I also could not shut the water off since the valve also would not close. So it had to be shut off by cutting the electricity to the water pump, and releasing the pressure in the water line by opening the water faucet. Kawme replaced the broken pipe, and put in a new shut off valve at the main line and two more on the water tank. All was done in a little over an hour. Kawme did a good and quick job. A little expensive but... It needed to be done..

Cameron was on time, VERY knowledgeable, VERY quick, and thoroughly professional. I would absolutely use Michael & Son again because of my experience with Cameron. My AC stopped working and he instantly diagnosed it as a blown part. Very reasonable cost to get it fixed. I think I had an appointment about two days after calling (non emergency). Whole thing was easy and now my AC works again!

My water heater stopped working so I reached out to Michael & Sons based on the manufacturer recommendation. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and pick a convenient time window. Marlon came at the selected time and made was very thorough with his diagnostic of the issue. He even contacted the manufacturer to confirm warranty information and ensure they could send me a part as soon as possible. He explained everything he was doing as he diagnosed the problem and made sure I understood. They’re pricey but given the great customer service it’s worth it!

I called Michael and Son to install a new shower faucet that had a barely noticeable slight drip that decided to the day before just keep flowing as though I hadn’t turned off the faucet. I was scheduled for 1 pm and received a call that the plumber could arrive nearly 1 hour earlier. Adam S. laid out the various options. I chose to install my own shower faucet and replace the old pipe to copper. Adam covered everything and cleaned up once he was finished. He was pleasant. I think the price a little on the higher side, but I was wasting buckets of hot water. I would recommend Adam S. He was also tolerant of my barky dogs. 5 stars for service. 4 stars on pricing.
