First plumber was late. There was a 4 hour window and still they missed the window 30 mins late.
Last they tried to upsale what needs to be done, inflating the price over 300 percent

Do Not Use this company

I tried twice to schedule a job. The first time, I called to confirm the day of and there was no record of the appointment or that I even called. The second time, the estimator got caught up at a different job and had to reschedule. I was told different information (whether a small job could be completed same-day) each time I called. I ended up using a different company instead of wasting any more time with this company.

You should call Sam and sons Plumbing FIRST when you have a plumbing issue! Sam and sons is the most prompt, efficient and fair priced plumbing company I have ever dealt with. They are professional, personable and I enjoyed my experience with them. Adam arrived when he said he would and went right to work. The job took longer than expected due to other issues that were found, but Adam kept me updated throughout the entire job. He even let me look at the camera to see what he was finding. His price was fair and affordable. He left my home clean and my plumbing working properly. I will call him for any plumbing issues and recommend him every chance I get.

I was having some issues with my water heater and my furnace so I called Sam & Sons and it was not long before Adam was at my house. He had the issues identified very quickly and between Adam, Mike, Mike's wife, Carlos and Carlos' assistance and Emma had both problems fixed in not time. All were very personable, professional and provided great work and the pricing was fair. I am very happy with their work and will definitely use them for future matters. Recently, we had a huge downpour, and I noticed water leaking from my ceiling, so I called Sam & Sons and spoke with Emma. She was very professional and set me up with an appointment that same day. Sam arrived as promised and guided me through my repair. Unfortunately, many areas of this house are not up to code since it is 70 years old, but Sam was gracious enough to offer me advice on repairing a leak coming from a bathroom exhaust pipe on the roof. He was very informative, and I will be requesting his team's services next time I need help repairing something in my home.

Plumber came out to repair a burst pipe and replace one of the shut off valves from the main line today. He had to wedge himself into a tight space underneath the sink in order to avoid opening up our walls and I couldn’t be more grateful for his efforts. Took the time to explain everything that he was doing start to finish and his price estimate was pretty much spot on. All said and done the price was reasonable and the work was top notch. Would be more than happy to call Sam and son specifically if I need any service in the future!,

I own a Residential Property Management Company in Fairfax va. The plumber and his crew are our go to people when we need help in Virginia. He has helped us so many times when we needed emergency service on weekends. We recently had a well system go out on a Saturday afternoon in The area which left the tenants with no water. The plumber has someone there that day to look into the problem. Unfortunately it required significant work and replacement of the well system. Adam took time personally on a Saturday afternoon to call the homeowner and explain the situation in detail. She was then put at ease and agreed to make the necessary repair. He was then able to work with us in regards to a payment plan that got the tenants water fixed the next day, allowed the homeowner to feel secure, and lowered my stress level. Great Work, Friendly Service, Fair Price, and available when we need them.

Adam is competent and thorough in his work. I have an older house and asked him to help me evaluate and assess issues I had with my plumbing. We discussed options and defineda plan. For me I needed to increase water pressure , and better running drains. We discussed options, selected and installed. . Adam quickly scheduled and got the equipment. Installation was flawless; we also repaired some preexisting but questionable plumbing issues which Adam was able to quickly resolve. Extremely professional, willing to discuss options and flawless work. Sam and sons is my go to guys now and wholeheartedly recommend him to family and friends. Really just the best.

Adam just left after I had a leak for 2 days. Needed a new prv valve and my regular plumber was out of commission. They arrived promptly as an emergency call, diagnosed my problem and were in and out in about an hour. They could not have been more efficient, courteous and professional.
Cannot tell you how happy I was with their service.

Adam the plumber was awesome! He had a very tight plumbing situation sandwiched between two walls and in a tight attic access. Was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This guy is among the best! Sam and sons must be happy to have such a great plumber on their team.
