Dale was very knowledgeable about my model heat pump w/backup gas furnace. He quickly identified the major issue with my 15-year-old system (out of refrigerant) and showed me that the cost of repairs would be more than half the cost of replacement. Dale helped me identify a low-cost solution plus reasonable financing options to help me pay for a replacement heat pump system. I especially appreciate the extra time he took to help me evaluate all of my options.

We had a mystery leak in our downstairs bathroom. Mr. Hatcher was able to diagnose the problems and render repairs quickly. We were very happy with the services rendered!

Our tech was John Paul Soto and he was amazing. He provided explanations and solutions in a way that was extremely professional, demonstrated care for the work and most importantly entertained all questions. The job was bigger than expected but they made sure to still complete in one day. I can not say enough positive words about my recent experience.

Jeff came to the rescue once more. I needed to have my washer, dryer and utility tube reconnected after some renovation work. John C. Flood performed the reconnection the same day as the initial inspection. It looks better than it did before. I was so satisfied I posted my experience on Facebook page.

Our kitchen faucet hose was leaking and we were unable to use the kitchen sink. I thought that we would have to cancel our 4th of July weekend plans. Fortunately, we called John C. Flood and they sent a plumber to our house today, Sunday. Jason was terrific! He was professional, explained all our options clearly, answered our questions, fixed our faucet and unclogged our bathroom shower. We highly recommend James and John C. Flood. Damon was a first class technician, he answered all of my questions. He called another JCFlood tech—Fred? forgive me , I am terrible remembering named. He went into great detail to offer the total price for this big job. He was great to work with, too!! I have tools and a drill press and other stuff to remove in order to make room for them to perform this huge plumbing job. Sadly, this will take some time for me to find help to remove this stuff so they can begin the job.

Eric and his partner Nate replaced a hot water heater. They were polite, kind and did great work. I also had another technician there that day working on my heat pump. While I could have imagined this could have made it somewhat challenging ( heat pump and water heater were in the same space) - they worked very well together. I’d be happy to have them in my home again.

Another 5 star review.. My sewer main failed the first night my wife and I moved into our “new” home. John C Flood was the most honest and best priced bid I got from 3 companies. The project was worse than they expected and I think the company might have gone in the red on the project. However, they didn’t charge me a dime over the bid price.
The entire team was fantastic, great guys, great work, honest price, what else can you ask for. I’ll refer these guys to everyone.

John Flood has been very helpful for me in making sure the nuts and bolts of my house (plumbing, HVAC) are in good working order. Reassuring to have them come and give a close look. James Brewer is personable and good at his job as a plumber.

James was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Would give 5 stars but it seemed a bit pricey? Almost $400 for two services: 1) changed out the handle on one toilet after explaining to us what was causing the flush problem (the handle needed to be replaced but wasn't the cause) and 2) diagnosed the problem with the slow kitchen drain (had a suggestion for fixing but might have to replace a pipe junction if that doesn't work). $185 just to walk on the property. I don't know what is normal pricing for plumbing nowadays, but on the other hand, they provide quick service, which is at a premium, so maybe not out of line.
