Dale Gunn was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained each task every step of the way as well as showed me what he was doing. Dale made me feel confident he was doing the job right. I will be calling Dale in the future for HVAC services. Their prices was reasonable.

Jason did a great job with hvac inspection. He definitely went above and beyond in explaining us what the issue was and then fixing the issue. He was also very helpful in explainig how to get an inspection to get an estimate and guided us through the process. We would certainly recommend John C flood and Jason to othes who are looking for hvac fixing needs.

Appreciated having the Hot water heater flushed even though the tech was not aware we had been told it would be done for free as part if our plan. I was also a little put off by what seemed like an almost immediate "Sale Pitch" for installing water pressure regulator at or neat water shut-off valve.

Other than those issues, was very happy with the inspection.

Was having issues with my water heater. They came out fast, and made the needed repairs quickly. I'm very happy and will not hesitate to use them again if needed.

They did a fantastic job. What I thought was a simple problem ended up being very complex. They gave me options, recommendations and a price that was fair even though the situation required immediate work, a situation other companies take advantage of. Would use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to anyone else.

The technician arrived at the condo in the morning, as agreed. I was working and when I had a chance to check my phone I saw several missed calls from my tenant. When I call her back she was very upset about the attitude of this person and she said he was treating them rude and disrespectful. She called the company to complain and they said they could cancel this appointment and reschedule for the following week with someone else. Since this was a gas leak I decided to talk directly to him to see what was happening. He said that it was $99 for getting there, $240+ for finding the leak and then parts and labor so, something around the $650-700 dlls or even in the realm of the $1,500 if he found another leak. Washington Gas was there yesterday and they located the leak and left 2 papers with the information for the plumber to just go there and fix it and then reopen the gas supply. When I asked why would he need to do a leak inspection again he said that they don't work for Washington gas and they don't trust them because they don't work for them. I am very confused, isn't WG the gas authority and have the most trained techs? Btw, they were the ones that told me that I have to call WG before they could go and fix it. He proceeded to tell me that he could go and I could call other companies if I wanted... of course I can, so I did! And I was quoted $500 for the whole thing, including the leak inspection. I was hoping that with so many good reviews it was a done deal but I see that it is not the case, not only abut the service but about the price as well, very disappointing experience but at least he ended up waving the service call fee.

Plumbing review. The serviceman (Richard C.) arrived on time. He was professional, communicative and kind. He went out of his way to fix my shower. I was charged a fair and reasonable price. No trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. Highly recommended.

Eric came the same day and quickly diagnosed loss of water pressure. While we were at it he also installed a new water heater. Extremely knowledgeable and professional service.

major plumbing repairs, had to dig up and replace pipes under our basement, snake, scope, and clear pipes all throughout the basement and underground. they assessed and resolved the problem quickly, price was significantly less than quoted by another plumbing company. they were friendly, professional, hard working, and just all around life-savers. we couldn't ask for better service and expertise. and it was consistent with everyone we dealt with -- from the office to the plumbers to the supervisors. really impressive.

John C Flood gets a 10 out of 10 for water heater installation. Their technician, Mr. Craig Peterson was professional, courteous, direct with us. Although we were not ready to spend the $$$, we believed we got quality same day service.
