John C. Flood was responsive when I needed a plumber, getting someone out to take care of my problem quickly. My technician, John Paul, was courteous and professional, and did a terrific, thorough job.

John Paul Soto was very nice to work with, especially doing Plumbing on short notice. He’s energetic, knowledgeable, well trained, personable, and able to answer all questions. I was very glad for his assistance during this repair.

This company is fantastic! Michael Mullins and his team are total pros. They replaced our hot water tank in our basement, explained everything, were super professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. They are the only company we will call going in the future.

Installed wrong thermostat. I will have to schedule another appointment and miss more work to have them come back. Luis and Jeremy were great. There is a disconnect between the written order and what was put on the truck installation. Someone along the way missed this and will cost me more money but no discount was offered. Please knock some of the cost off for your screw up. Thanks, Mark

It was time for a new hot water heater. Decided it was also time to begin to remove natural gas from the home. The complicated process was made easy by Eric and others at John C. Flood. I could not be more happy. They were professional, answered all of my questions, always on time, always responsive. I could not have asked for more from a company. John Flood of VA installed a sump pump and fixed a leak behind a wall below a window. Andy and Jeff were so kind. This Home belongs to my 95 year old Mother and I came from MA to live with and take care of her. Andy and Jeff took the time to explain to Ma what was being done..and made her feel like she is still in charge of her own home. I could not recommend them more enthusiastically

This was just a routine, scheduled check of our HVAC system. Dale was on time, very professional. He did a great job explaining exactly what he was doing and answered all of my questions. It was a great experience... but we've come to expect that from John C. Flood.

Damon was punctual, communicative, instructional and effective. He was professional and taught me additional things I could do in my home to avoid further issues with clogged toilet/sink/tub. Great at his job!
