I’ve had water in my basement for almost 4 days and I had 3 different plumbing companies come out and no one could determine the source of the leak. Joshua came out and was able to figure it out within 30 minutes. He even pointed out some unrelated plumbing issues that should be addressed at a later date. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and service. I would highly recommend this company!

Damon came to look at our malfunctioning gas water heater; he arrived only 1.5 hours after I called for service. After inspection he said it needed to be replaced. He located the right model- a less common style- quickly, verified pricing, and gave me a quote within 15 minutes of arriving. The correct appliance arrived and all the work was completed in less than six hours since I initially called them. Damon even gave us a heads up to an unrelated potential issue which we quickly remedied. Great job! 👍👏

"Shawn", the technician that provided the service call was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions snd concrrns and made sure that he explained the details of the servicing that I was scheduled to receive. He offeted helpful tips on monthly maintenance practices.

I called Flood (appropriate name for a plumber!) to replace a faucet. By the time we were done, Ricardo Peralta had discovered system-wide pipes and connectors that were ready to go. He worked efficiently and neatly to remove and replace them. He was a pleasure to work with.

Mr.Josh Grant was great, polite and very professional. He put a new vaule and stopped my leaking faucet. I would recommend him to do more work for me and anyone that need it. Thanks Mr.J Grant and the whole J C Flood team.

Shane did a good job responding to our concerns and came to our house on two separate issues on back to back days. We are very pleased with the responsiveness of the company. He took his time and explained the system issue to us.

I was totally satisfied with the service. Michael handled the problem and did a follow up correction before he left. He was professional, he was thorough in explanations of what he was doing and future improvements in what I might consider. No pressure and a great attitude in his work.

We have used this company twice and they were super fast and responsive. We used them for a clogged drain and for hot water heater replacement. John Paul was fantastic! We plan to use them for more services as well.
