We were connected via our insurance. Jeremiah was very responsive and professional! He was very helpful in helping us diagnose the problem with our AC units. He was very great in communicating with us and let us know every step of the way from their arrival times to the things they were doing with our AC units! Also helped us with getting damage quotes and gave us good information!

Interacted with Zak and Geo separately and both representatives were patient with my questions and provided thorough responses during my service call. They provided frank explanations on the situation, what they thought was going on, what my options were, and what to expect in various scenarios. The representatives on the phone were also very friendly and efficient in getting my appointments scheduled, and the reps arrived within the expected window for the service call. Outstanding, quick response and good customer service!

The technician Edgar performed in an exceptional manner inspecting the HVAC unit, provided excellent recommendations and effectively addressed my questions. I was impressed with his technical proficiency. I immediately renewed my maintenance agreement because of his technical expertise. Don’t hesitate to contact them. United Air Temp is my go to company. They replace our old AC, furnace, water tank, install state of the art air and water filters and thermostat. We have also maintenance plan with them. No matter how big or small work is, they always perform it with high professionalism, work ethic and respect. LOVE this company!!!

I have used United Air Temp for over 15 years, and within the last four years I have seen the quality of their services deteriorate. The service people that come out seem to be nice people, but always do not know what they are servicing, sometimes do not have the right tools, and recently the service person had to be walked thru what to do by his supervisor on speaker phone (with my help)— I did not feel that he knew what he was doing or correctly diagnosed the problem. The heating problem was not fixed, and more than a week later I am still waiting for the manager to return my call after talking two times to someone in the office. I would NO LONGER recommend their services. They are “resting on their laurels”

Sergio was wonderful he and the technician Marcus has kept my 18 year old train running the best that I can. I would Highly recommend United Air Temp as well as Sergio. They are the best that I have seen and had military base technician. So call them today!!!

So far so good. Service was good with them getting the diagnosis of the hvac. Will further edit when the unit is fixed and ready to go. Waiting for this week to get it done. I'll change my review when it's taken care of.

Competent service professional who quickly and thoroughly inspected and tested our AC system in preparation for the summer. Our service person was friendly and informative. He explained everything that he was doing and brought to our attention system shortfalls which needed attention.

Great service. Live the text msg system, so i can chat and ask any questions. Korbin was wonderful. Very careful attentive and careful going in and out of the house. He spotted a potential plumbing issue that I will investigate which might have saved me a plumbing leak. Great personality, demenor, knowledgeable and professional.
