There was an issue with my boiler and before the service tech tried to re-light the pilot he immediately told me I needed an $800 fuel valve and thermocouple replacement. He called a colleague to get me an estimate for the repair and I was supposed to hear from them within hours...it's been 24 hours and I've found a better service that was reliable, no-nonsense, courteous, insured, licensed, and costs less. Check out Cruz HVAC if you're in the DMV and don't want to deal with the upselling and unresponsiveness of one of the big plumbing/HVAC companies in the area.

Now 2 days later and they still haven't called back with their estimate.

Harry was very professional and entirely focused on making sure that all of my plumbing issues were taken care of.

I have used John C. Flood for plumbing issues 3 times now. Each time, they're very responsive and reasonably priced. Each time, my technician has been Harry Hudson. He has done excellent work for me. Highly recommend the company and the technician!

In all fairness I had used this particular technician before and requested he be sent for this current service. He knows his business can answer questions that a layman might ask and most importantly he can get it fixed
