As our company grows, so too has our relationship with Ferguson. Their desire to help, attention to detail and transparency has been exactly what we've needed to best serve the comfort needs of our customers.

They sell a little bit of everything but at top prices.
I believe preferential treatment goes to contractors so take your general along.
Staff varied from attentive to absent. I did not go to service so no information about that.

They kinda/sorta had what I needed. Felt like we were imposing on the staff when describing our problem that needed solving. Really meant for guys in the trade I guess.

Very helpful. They didn't carry what I needed but were very helpful.

called three times first the made me wait 10 minutes, hung up and call back waited 22 minutes, hung up call back, waited 39 minutes
every time i complained, no apologies
