John C. Flood of VA

I’ve used John C Flood many times, for emergencies and otherwise. Today they replaced a kitchen faucet. I called yesterday and they were at my house today. They give you advance notice that they’re on their way, they’re professional, honest, and genuine people, and they get the job done right. I highly recommend them.

Extremely professional, quick, friendly and helpful. Eric was great! I hope I won't need his services too soon, but if I do. I'll ask for him.

John C Flood's A/C technician arrived promptly and assessed our system quickly and professionally. He spent time to educate us on furnace filters, inside and outside unit maintenance, and even took the time to flush out the furnace drain on an evening appt. Thanks, Luke!

Hot water heater went down. Called John C. Flood at 10:45a & by 12:30p, a new unit had been installed, work area cleaned up & job completed. Tech Michael Mullins did an outstanding job ... professional in EVERY way (ie: appearance, attitude etc.), friendly, and efficient. Appreciate the fact that their employees wear complete uniforms - not just an untucked company shirt & holey jeans! Michael took the time after finishing completion to answer questions regarding the new hot water heater. Have used Flood for several years now & they don't disappoint. A bonus is that you can request a specific tech if you so choose, but if that person is not available they send out someone just as competent as your usual tech. Would definitely request Michael again. Highest ratings in my book.

I used John C. Flood along with Mid-Atlantic Trenchless. Overall, my experience was great - they replaced my main sewer line. They had a knowledgeable, experienced master plumber assess my sewer line situation and developed a plan of attack. Their estimate was lower than other previous estimates I had received. The day of my service they were quick and very professional. They went above and beyond to keep their impact minimal (clean floors and walls, minimal lawn impact, etc.). I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Dale did such a great job. Walked me through everything and made sure I understood. It all before giving me a quote. Highly recommend.

This is my second time using John C. Flood. They are always friendly, professional, and happy to answer any questions. They work quickly and are careful to clean up after every job. I would absolutely use their services again.

During our seasonal checkup, the technician pointed out the need to repair parts of our HVAC system. A specialist was able to come out the same day and explain what was needed. The following week the team came out and completed the repairs in one day. We were very pleased, as usual, with the professionalism of the team. Thomas, Brandon, and Jeremy did a fine job on the HVAC repairs. After they finished up with the HVAC system, Shane came by and replaced the bulb in our air scrubber. The coordination of these services was convenient and very efficient for us.

Responsive and quick. They can and will set up an appointment and address issues promptly=no hesitation. Is price ok? I don' t really know, but they will address an emergency immediately, so it is all relative.
