John C. Flood of VA

They came out and gave us a good estimate. Checked another provider for another estimate, and while the other was a bit cheaper JC Flood had a better service plan and we liked that they were more proactive in offering us options in the estimate. However, they missed a part of the install and I wonder if I hadn't noticed they would have caught it. They said they would call to schedule to finish the job, but after not hearing any thing after two days we called and threatened to stop the check to get them to come out. They were fine, but as most companies once they get your money they move on unless you are on top of them.

Huge thanks to Johnny and JP on their installation of our two new Navien tankless water heaters, sump pump and water filtration system. The process working with Johnny was efficient from initial quote to installation zero surprises. We received clear instructions on how to use the new system (which has minimal maintenance!) and we greatly appreciated the clean manner with which the team worked in our house including the tidy equipment installation. This is our first time using John C. Flood and we are incredibly please so far. I would highly recommend the team for HVAC, plumbing, tankless water and water filtration installation.

The service I received was plumbing. My only complaint has nothing to do with Damon. I called the day before to have him come back to my home because I realized I had a leak knowing he would know what he did the from the first visit. I waited all day for dispatch to send him and every time I called they would say I’m the next client he will come to you next and that went on for 8 hours. I called before 9 am, he did not come to my home until 4pm on a Friday. Now I have no kitchen sink for a whole weekend… But DAMON HATCHER IS GREAT!!! He came within 10 mins he knew what needed to be done!! Please do something about the ladies who answer your phones and lie about when someone is on their way or coming to you home!!

Toan Phan was friendly and very professional. He arrives on time and returned to my home quickly after realizing he needed to retrieve a taller ladder from the office.

Joshua had a lot of work to do. He explained everything and gave me every option which I really appreciated. This was my first time calling the Flood company.

Harry Hudson evaluated the problems and addressed each one. He was professional and was very upfront with what was needed and prices. Very much appreciated his visit. Thank you.

Joshua came by to replace my very old toilet. He did a great job! I recommend him and John C Flood!

They replaced broken pipes in the wall and ceiling that had been improperly installed by company previously. They do great work I've used them before John C flood is the only company I would use
