Damon was fast and efficient. He explained everything and showed me a picture of what was wrong since I couldn't go upstairs because of my handicap. He was nice too.

Craig Peterson from John C Flood did a great job. Have always had excellent experiences with this company - have worked with them for years and relied on them for high-quality, professional assistance on a range of HVAC and other related needs.

Andy Clark is an electrician that works for John C. Flood. He came to my house to clean up our very old circuit breaker box and add a new circuit and two new outlets for my garage. He recommended all the 25+ year old breakers be replaced so I agreed. He also sorted out the common and ground wires that had multiple instances where they were stacked on top of each other in one screw on the bus. All the work he did was perfect and he was very professional and polite. My only warning to you, dear reader, is that they are not cheap. It cost me nearly $5,000 for all the work, which included $100 per new breaker (x25). He was very careful to consult his price sheet for everything he did, so it was not his fault it was so expensive. Hiring a certified electrician is never cheap, but I was a little taken aback by the final price.

JP Soto was very helpful in helping us sort out our options for several very different plumbing related issues. It has been a pleasure to have him working on our projects.

Very knowledgeable crew, headed by Scott, did a good job in the installation a two ton, and three ton, gas fired, condensing type furnaces, and condensing units.They were fast, clean, and thorough.
