Come here everyday. And everyday there is only one person working the front desk and also doing everything else. Everyone else shows up after 8:30. If you get here on time they close the door on you because that one person can’t do everything at once. Unacceptable. I feel bad that one employee but carrier should look for more punctual people to work at there facilities. Other than that they have what you need and no other things to highlight in this review.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Always willing to assist in answering questions and providing feedback. Necessary items are easy to order and their prices are great. From the Salesmen, David and Alex, to the Manager, Louis, and the gentleman who helps us load our items in the back, we've always had a good experience. Would definitely recommend Carrier services to anyone looking for HVAC supplies.
Terrible....they have no concept of customer support or service. I got bounced around the phone system for about 30 minutes until someone picked up and told me that I had to hang up and call back due to the store being busy. I simply wanted to look up a motor and go get it....but after an hour of listening to the marketing loop on the phone I went with grainger to get the motor the next day. I am in the industry and do plenty of service calls and would not recommend carrier for the sole reason of having no support when you need a part or have an issue.

If I could I will rate -5 never answer the phone, I order a whole system for my home, and I did not get it on time plus wasn't complete, I still have to wait to get the rest and I try to call many times never pick up the phone.
Terrible customer service,the worts havc supply store in DMV I have been waiting for almost a hour for nothing (place was empty just two customer) 😡😡😡 they are super Lazy people Carrier should do something otherwise they will keekp losing customers,these guys they always looks like everything is stress for them.
