I had a technician named William Ayala. He was on time, very pleasant, knowledgeable about his job, and very professional. He answered all my questions that i asked while working. I will use michael and sons again especially, with the help from him!

Finally found my plumber, after trying out four different companies, they’re it. Outstanding quality and workmanship, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the day. Daniel, 5/5 Stars!

They installed a water heater on wiring that couldn’t handle the amperage so the water heater stopped working. This could have cause a HOUSE FIRE. My dad is elderly and wouldn’t have even been able to escape a fire had it happened. Then they charged him $800 for 45 minutes of work to install a new wire to the heater and breaker panel which were in the same room. They also charged him $600 to replace a shut off valve that takes 30 minutes. Call around and make sure to check on your loved ones because they will take advantage of the elderly without hesitation. They wouldn’t even call me back when I called to figure out why his water heater got installed on a wire that wasn’t rated for the higher amps.

Professional, experienced technicians to replace residential sewer line. Project involved coordination with HVAC division to move air handler. Perfectly coordinated team effort. Top notch experienced pros throughout.

They did an awesome job with the installation on our new heating/air system. Very professional and work was neatly done. Worth every penny spent.

My name is Khanh Nguyen . I have appointment with michael and son Repair HVAC services on 07/06/2023 at 6PM . After I wait them for 30 minutes (6:30 PM ) , I call customer services and ask them why did nobody come to my house for repair HVAC .
The customer servises answer me that because nobody work or unavailable for this date and they request make schedule again. I was very angry and hang up the phone immediately .

Well...this is the second time I have been asked to leave a review for Michael and Sons, however, they have yet to perform the service. They came to take payment for a permit, where I was told work would begin the following day work would "definitely" begin. It definitely hasn't:(

Adam and Lawrence did a fantastic job and were very professional. They had the kitchen drain cleared out and a new garbage disposal installed the next day with no issue and answered any question we had concerning upkeep on the new disposal and future dishwater installation. 10/10 would use this company again :)

They came last-minute on a Sunday, and charged a lot for the privilege. Their tech installed a pressure reducer valve and about 6-inches of PVC and copper, took 2hrs (really nice guy, good work). Total bill was INSANE. I know we live in an expensive area, but this is way too much for a small repair, even on a weekend. I'll use someone else next time.
