Our power went out so we called to have an electrian out. The receptionist said it would be a $150 charged to have a technician come out after hours (even though we pay for the annual fee). We agreed. Once the electritian came out, he said it was $169 plus a "troubleshooting fee". We were not only mis-quoted by the rep but not informed of any charges additional. I understand there would be possibly more, however as a business you should be more upfront with your customers, ESPECIALLY those that have put a lot into your business over the years.

Immediately the technician was "trained" to grant an additional 10% discount when I brought this up to him. Superficially this seems like a good customer service gesture, however, it's a cover up for the lack of integrity and the sheer fact that they want to upsell you for services they choose to not disclose ALL BECAUSE YOUR POWER IS OUT AND YOU HAVE TWO TODDLERS THAT NEED HEAT!

We limped along on an old heat pump for three years, but it finally gave up the ghost. Michael & Sons were fantastic throughout the process. I could not be happier with the new system and the team was great and very responsive regarding our questions and a few little things that popped up after installation due to the age of our house. Great communication with the dispatch team and professionalism from the installers. Dylan was our primary contact, and he went out of his way to make us happy. They also came out with short notice on an unrelated plumbing issue and took care of it quickly. I've found my go-to company for home services.

Daniel from Michael & Son was fantastic. Not only did he do a great job putting in the new kitchen faucet, he had some great suggestions for future work that I have been thinking about. As a bonus he was loved by my dogs and patient with them when they tried to “help”. Michael & Son will definitely be my first call for any plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work I need done. And if it is plumbing, please send Daniel.

Erik came out to do an inspection when we noticed our thermostat was blank. He quickly got to work to find and resolve the issue and explained to us everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions! We recommend everyone to Ask for Erik when you book a Tune Up!!!

Y'all will most undoubtedly recognize my name as having been with y'all as an apprentice who rode with Mike and I give you five stars out of appreciation for the opportunity I had back then that I'm.sorry I couldn't live up to because I couldn't understand the aspects of the trade through little experience and knowledge issues of it. Y'all are the ones who are awesome, regardless.

My technicians Jesus Perez and Victor Gomez were amazing. They truly went above and beyond to get the parts that were needed for the job and turn around a complicated electrical install and washer dryer hookup in 1 afternoon! They had professional attitudes, cleaned up after, and were willing to work with me and each other on a difficult parking situation. Any time you need electrical/plumbing work done, choose Michael & Sons and ask for Jesus and Victor.

Very professional and experienced electricians that Michael’s and son has. Darwin and Ali arrived on time. Very knowledgeable electricians. Initially had a faulty 20 amp breaker that was replaced. They ran diagnostics on the junction box and made sure the lines were properly wired because they saw over heating and chard wire . I owned a new home so I was very concerned about the faulty breaker which I will discuss with the builders. The report that Darwin sent will prove useful. As far as cost I think everything was reasonable $600 + was to change a 20 amp breaker and an outdoor gfi outlet. Cost covered the emergency fees + parts labor + diagnostic fees. I would recommend Michael’s and Son to anyone who wants to find experienced electricians.

My sump pump failed and partially flooded my basement. I phoned Micheal & Son and they dispatched a very conscientious & extremely knowledgeable plumber (Mr. Shakir) within a few hours! Mr. Shakir did an excellent job and ensure the new pump and supporting equipment worked properly before he departed. I will definitely call Micheal & Son for all of my plumbing needs.

The service person was professional and courteous. I didn’t choose to purchase the maintenance plan or any of the extra HVAC accessories that he was selling, but he did a thorough inspection and gave me excellent advice on my system. Great customer service!

The team who worked with me from AC product purchase and placement was very professional. Mr. Myles, Reynard and James explained the entire process and products and made sure everything was working properly. I was pleased with the service I received thus far.
