Dave did a great job of explaining what he found and offering to show me the filter he’d replaced. When I asked about warranty paperwork I had received in the mail, he offered to have their office staff take care of it. Very helpful and professional!

41 Years Old! Not me. The Air handler and Heat Pump AC system that was installed around the same time the original Star Wars movie was released in theaters. Last Friday, the system finally called it quits. I called Charlotte Comfort Systems on Friday afternoon and they were taking measurements for the new system Monday morning at 8:30am. The new system was installed in 4 hours on Tuesday by David, Will, and Levi. The crew was on time, professional, clean, and friendly. I can't believe what a difference my new Ruud AC system has made. It's nice to be comfortable again, that's for sure! I would highly recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems for anyone looking to get the job done right.

James and David were very professional with a welcoming conversation about the the process. James found duck work that had came loose from the main duck work and put back together now the vent in my guest bathroom works.....Yay! Reply: the reason for the star deduction is not process of getting the unit fixed. Its the letter I’m still waiting on (it was promised by technician he will write the letter once the job was completed) I have called again today and now technician is on vacation. I just don’t understand. I’m still waiting for the letter despite of call after call for over a month to obtain this letter and still not able to get it. (3/13/23)

Our heater wasn’t working so we got recommendation from our neighbor. They came out and ordered the part after part after parts. Long story short it took them about 1 month to get everything figured out and fix it. It was slow process but they got it fixed. *The frustration is I have been calling them to get a letter so we can submit to our insurance company but they kept telling me the technician keep forgetting our letter and it has been almost a month trying to get this letter. I still haven’t got it.*

Joseph was extremely courteous and professional. After servicing the AC unit, he also correctly diagnosed the problem with our AC breaker repeatedly tripping (faulty breaker). Would like him to prove our service for future maintenance checkups.

Joseph the Technician was great!!! very nice, on time he knew what he was doing. One thing I didn't care for was the customer service agent Christian was very pushy and rude because I didn't book the time he wanted me to book for service.

these guys came out to fix an old gas fireplace. they had to order a part and it was a bit of a tough fit, but they came out 3 times to work on it and got it fixed and working. very professional and responsive, they were great!! would definitely use them again!!

Joe was my technician when my smart thermostat gave-up due to a bad condensation pump. He was so amazing and knows what he is doing.The best i have used so far. He was so quick and was able to do the repair in 15 minutes. If i have a problem, i will always call Joe from Charlotte comfort systems.

The outside fan on our 10-year-old York heat pump would not turn on whenever the furnace would activate. Joseph diagnosed the problem as simply a wire that had come loose from the fan. He reattached the wire and the unit has been working fine since. We like Charlotte Comfort Systems because they have always given us great service and they are HONEST, which we appreciate most of all. A dishonest repair company could have cost us hundreds of dollars using a bogus diagnosis. We're like most folks in that we don't know very much about things HVAC, so that makes us vulnerable to being ripped off. I never worry about that happening with this company. We've been a customer for years and see no reason to look elsewhere for service.
