Let me tell you how wonderful it was to work with this company. I made an appointment with Rick est one week prior to appointment. He showed up on time which was amazing. Then he spent lots of time going over all I needed and what I could do to get me by. He gave me a few different quotes . He was very professional. I ended up replacing my complete AC and heating system. They came out a few days later and installed the complete system and the best part was the guys who installed my system were down to earth guys. My system works great and I am so happy to have chosen this company for my investment. I would like to thank the owner and guys who worked with me on this. 5 stars is all they will allow but if I could give 10 I would.

I hired Charlotte Comfort Systems to get a 2nd opinion on a malfunctioning a/c and heating system. The first diagnostic (done by a large, well know Charlotte area HVAC service provider) recommended 3 different repair options which started at $2,500 and went up to $4,000. Stephen from Charlotte Comfort Systems read the diagnostic report and did his own diagnostic analysis. He found errors in the first diagnostic and rather than motors being broken, they were simply installed incorrectly. He installed them correctly and got everything working again. His visit cost me $96, which is a huge savings over what I thought I was going to spend. Excellent service, professional knowledge.

Been a satisfied service customer of CCS for years. When it was time to replace our systems, made an appointment with Ric. Arrived on time, spent a lot of time going over all of the options and had a quote to us promptly. We agreed on the install dates - Joseph and Jessie arrived on time, were very knowledgeable and kept the work areas clean. As usual, it was a pleasure to work with CCS and we highly recommend their people and service.

Their goal is always to maintain and fix existing systems, but when it is time to replace a unit they are the best value, price, and service around. Tech performed semi annual checkup on my dual fuel system. He checked out the gas burner and air handler system. He seemed very knowledgeable. The dual fuel system has a heat pump and a gas burner for backup heat. For some reason he only performed service on the gas furnace. He didn’t perform the service described on the outdoor heat pump system…ie checking the Freon and cleaning the coils as described in the agreement.
These semi annual checkups feel like just a way to keep money coming in.
