Rick Hendrickson suggested I need new duct work under house. Levi and Andrew did excellent job replacing 58 year old duct lines. Air distribution is much better and house is cooler. I highly recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems.

Joe efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem. Which was appreciated, because a previous repairman had spent a significant amount of time on a goose chase. Joe was professional and genuine.

Charlotte Comfort System has been servicing our heating and cooling equipment for a few years and have done a great job keeping things running efficiently.
Our winter checkup was performed by tech Mason who was on time, courteous, and thorough.
We will continue to use their service in tthe future.

Stephen Mattingly performed heat maintenance on 2 gas furnaces. On the upstairs and the downstairs gas furnace he checked the inducer motor and the blower motor amp draw. All of them were within manufacture specifications. The downstairs filter that was previously installed by Charlotte Comfort Systems was is in satisfactory condition. Stephen cleaned the flame sensors and burners. Then he checked the heat exchangers and found them to be in good condition. All wiring connections were tight and secure. The systems were operating as intended by manufacturer at this time.

Stephen was courteous and professional. All work was completed in just over an hour.

From the granddaughter of an HVAC business owner, let me tell you that Scott Sheldon & Charlotte Comfort Systems as exceeded my expectations! On time, clean, courteous, and a fair price!

My installers, Levi & John, were kind to me & my dog, shut all doors behind them, and even asked if they could use my restroom to wash their hands before they touched my walls to install my new thermostat.

Owner, Scott Sheldon, arrived on time and went right to work taking photos to make sure that his change out crew brought everything they needed to get the job done right. They even gave me a portable air conditioner so I could at least sleep comfortably while I waited (only 2 days) for my install date!
