Nick performed a semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system today. As always, he was on time, courteous, and professional. I've been a customer of Charlotte Comfort Systems for 10+ years and everyone I've interacted with has been great...Scott, Don, Michelle, Nick, and others all work together to provide great customer service. They prioritize making sure your system is correctly sized, installed and maintained in order to satisfy your heating and cooling comfort needs. They provide good value for their work.

The people were friendly and efficient. If you need any service, give them a call. They put a system in for us and it’s awesome!!! One guy Ric Hendrickson came out twice in one day to help us and get an application put in for financing. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end! The next day it was installed. Wonderful company -honest, professional and efficient! The only one out of 5 we called was there same day!!!!

Where to start, well for one I’ve never dealt with a company that was so responsive via phone and text whenever I reached out, Scott always picked up and answered all my questions throughout my decision process. I bid the project out to 6 other subcontractors from large companies to equal size and smaller. Charlotte comfort systems had the second best price, but the best products and knowledge. Scott picked up on things only 1 other contractor picked up on (and they were 6K more). From the start I felt good about the company but needed to wait on the other bids to come in. We decided to go with Charlotte comfort systems.

They did not have super long lead times and were flexible with us on a start time. We went with 2 duel fuel Ruud systems (2ton and 2.5ton) and all new duct in the crawl space, flex and trunk lines. Scott didn’t once try to nickel and dime me, he asked questions about what I was looking for, made suggestions and let me decide on what I thought I needed. He gave different options to look at but all systems were mint. We went with the ladder.

The install took 3 days, from day one of install the team was professional, clean, and responsive. I am not an easy person to do work for because I’m a project superintendent for a top GC in Charlotte and quality control and assurance is one of my top responsibilities. When they left on the first day I inspected their work and I was beyond impressed, I wish my subcontractors could give this type of quality all the time. They did a very clean job, made great connections, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Fast forward to the finish product, the air is moving very nicely and they did a complete walk through of the system before they left. Levi was our installed and he was awesome! Let me add that Scott took a look at something additional in the home unrelated to my HVAC system is didn’t send me a change order for it.
In conclusion I will definitely use Charlotte comfort forever. If the system fails, I promise it wasn’t install, it is more than like a lemon or failure to the equipment.
I not usually write reviews, but I could not let this one go. Most people write a review to complain, but this company deserves 10 stars.

Getting companies to come work on A/C units is something I dreaded previously. No matter what goes wrong it’s very costly and I don’t feel I understand what happened.

When I purchased my home, it came with a system being maintained by Charlotte Comfort systems. When we noticed the a/c wasn’t cooling we called them and they were out same day, were able to temporarily resolve, until they could do the full repair. Mason was a great tech, explained the problems, and left the house just as he found it! Michelle in the office has been amazing to work with to make sure paperwork is being taken care of and that we are getting the best possible deal.

After years of using other companies, I have finally found a reliable and trustworthy team to handle ever ac heat repair I need in the future! What a wonderful team!
