Have known for several years that we would have to eventually replace our 2 heating and air units. Called around to several companies. I got hooked to Charlotte comfort systems because of Ric’s honesty, care, and thoroughness, when he came to give us an estimate. Not only was it upper tier equipment/systems, but also extremely reasonably priced compared to other quotes we received. For the install, Rio and Jamal did a excellent job. They worked clean, efficient, and did not damage any walls or floors in the house transporting the equipment in and out. The cherry on top was receiving a hand written card from the owner thanking us for the business and with his personal card and number in case we ever need anything else. Something you never see any more! Excellent company top to bottom!

Joseph arrived on time, after first calling to inform he was on his way.
He quickly fixed an issue with the Cooling function of our heat pump.
After completing the repairs, he then completed the yearly maintenance .

I've used Charlotte Comfort Systems several times now for heating and A/C maintenance and have always been pleased with availability of appointments, prompt and efficient service and reasonable rates. Signed up for a maintenance contract this year since I can't imagine using any other service.

Dave called before coming and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was friendly and knowlegable and answered any questions I had. All of the office personel and technitions that have serviced my HVAC from Charlotte Comfort Systems have all been top notch.

Joe was an excellent and polite tech. He quickly identified the issue explained it to me then laid out the repair time and costs. Our issue has been resolved just as he explained. Joe is a definite asset to your company. The best tech we’ve ever had and we will make Charlotte Comfort Air our service provider and will spread the word. Thanks, Joe! We’re freezing over here😀

Joe called to let me know he was on his way.Arrived on time per scheduled appointment. Performed my 6 month maintenance check. Also repaired a damper motor which had failed. I consider Joe as one of the best technicians Charlotte Comfort has on staff. I always request him if possible. He is great asset for Charlotte Comfort.

Service technician Joe arrived on time. He had taken time to read prior issues with my system ahead of time and based on my recent call was prepared to troubleshoot and repair. He went to suspected duct damper and found issue with duct motor. Repaired the problem and put my system back in service. Did excellent job repairing my system and stayed long enough for system to cycle and make sure problem was repaired. Would ask for this particular technician in the future.

Caleb has serviced our unit several times over the years. He is always professional and patient. You can tell he cares!
