A+++++ I called Charlotte Comfort Systems after my A/C unit went out this week, and had a quote within 4 hours. Very professional and knowledgeable, and they were able to install the new A/C unit within 48 hours of requesting quote. Extremely happy with the level of detail from the techs, and the response from this team. The President of the company even called post install to ensure we were satisfied with the work done and to ensure everything was working as intended. Happy to recommend them to anyone needing service!

Our AC unit went out on a Monday and Scott Shelton was able to move us up on his schedule. I've been using Charlotte Comfort Systems for years and Scott Shelton came out personally and discussed three options for a new heating and cooling system. Levi and Andrew arrived on the dot and were very professional and knowledgeable. They were also very helpful in setting up the remote access on my phone. The system runs smoothly and we couldn't be more satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems.

UPDATE: After all of this, the condensor unit was still not working correctly. A different company found it was a faulty thermostat, and diagnosed this for $100.
Let me first say that the tech Dave was very friendly. But, they charge like their parts are made of diamonds. $540.54, plus a $96.47 charge to diagnose. The tech was here for exactly 16 minutes, the replacement part cost $55.53. I called to see if there was a mistake, or at least find some middle ground in the pricing, but I was told this was the real price (I wish I had that kind of confidence). The owner claimed the tech was at my house for much longer that he was (spoiler: he wasn't, I have the nest cam time stamps). He was sitting in his truck for a long time after the install waiting for his next job/playing on his phone, the owner seems to count this as time on the job (he will refer to the GPS data when asked about this). He also claimed that the price of the part was 3x what I find all over the internet (the tech put the part in my hand). Either a lie or I would like to retire and become their parts distributer (seriously, call me!). The craziest part of all this is I was about to get an ERV, whole house filter, and Mitsubishi Split AC from their company, I of course cancelled that appointment. I also wrote down Dave's name so he could do maintenance on my units in the future. They shortsightedly missed out on a ton of business because they won't budge on this extreme price gouging. My suggestion is if you for some reason want to use this company after reading this review, get a few more quotes around town before letting them in your house.
The owner will respond to this review with a list of half-truth's trying to discredit this experience. I caught him red handed overcharging me, and this is an honest account of that. If I update the review it will be hidden. Just note that I have a history of posting positive reviews, it takes a lot for me to leave something negative.

Very pleased with the thoroughness with which the technician (Joseph) went about his work and his responses to questions I had after he had determined that the heating system on one of our two gas furnaces was not operating due to a clogged drain line. He found wires to the drain line pump were somewhat loose and tightened them and determined that the pump was operating normally. He even turned off the lights in the basement which is not something every service tech has done in the past.
