Charlotte Comfort Systems Inc Technicians came to my home to do the yearly heating maintenance. I have been using their service for over 5 years now. After previously dealing with 3 other companies, Charlotte Comfort Systems is the only company I trust for my heating and air maintenance and issues. They do not try to upsell you into work you don't need like other companies have done in the past. The technicians are thorough and professional. Thank you!

We recently had a new system installed by Charlotte Comfort Systems. They were awesome to deal with. Their work was professional, timely and well done. The owner actual come to our house to work with us. The other companies only sent us high cost proposals. Charlotte Comfort Systems gave us the best unit at the best price. They never tried to sell us things we didn't need like the other company's. I give them 5 stars and will never use any other company for our HVAC needs.

Charlotte Comfort Systems made a not fun situation actually enjoyable (Complete Replacement).The owner took time out of his day to educate me on HVAC and personally came out to give me the estimate as his team was busy. The service, customization, and installation were all fantastic. Charlotte Comfort has my business for as long as I want heat and air, which is forever.

I called them for help with a gas log and will definitely use them for any HVAC needs. Prices were reasonable, and the got to me the next day after I called. Mason was my technician and he was patient and got me back up and running. Solid company with clean, respectful, and knowledgeable technicians.

Levi, Charlotte Comfort Systems' technician, did an excellent job servicing and doing preventative maintenance for our Heat and Air. He was polite, educational, and knowledgeable. Easy to have in the house and nice to our dogs. I highly recommend this company and Levi.

I could not have been more pleased with the sales presentation and the installation. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installation team knew every detail of the process and worked efficiently as a team. I highly recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems.

Requested service online, immediately got a response saying they could be out this afternoon. When I called Michelle to iron out the scheduling, she could not have been nicer. KT came out to do the service and was a pleasure to deal with. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. We will use Charlotte Comfort Systems again without a doubt. You can tell the quality of a business by the people on the front lines, and they exceeded all expectations.

We bought a new kitchen hood and had never heard of such a thing as a "makeup air assembly". Robert and Zack came out on a Fri. They quickly came up with an installation plan that was both workable and discrete. They pulled the permit and returned on Mon with all the materials they needed including custom-made duct work. They wore shoe covers, they covered rugs, they quickly and efficiently completed the installation and they charged a fair price too. I cannot say enough kind things about them, and would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Dave was very professional. He changed the filter and tuned the furnace.

We recently had some issues, with our existing heating and AC. units .It was getting colder and the heater balked.
Since both Systems were some 17 years old, we decided not to repair but to replace.
Tom the sales person was very informed and installation started 2 days later.
The installation ( under Robert ) went smoothly and so far everything works great !

Carol at the Office, was super with the one hiccup we had, when the Meckl. County Inspector failed to call or show up at the appointed day.
