Charlotte Comfort Systems is the best HVAC company in the area. I called them on Monday, they were there within the hour to give me an estimate on a new unit after mine officially died (it was 20+ years old). Rick took very good care of us and didn’t try to up sell which we appreciated. They installed the new unit two days later. The installers were very helpful, professional, and did excellent work. They’ve earned a customer for life!

The technician (David) was professional, on time, pleasant, and I liked his attitude. He was a refreshing breath of fresh air.

They installed my new HVAC… Which we all know is not a fun purchase to make… From the beginning they have been responsive, professional and treated me like family. They offered me multiple price points to let me make the financial decision it was best for me. First time using this company and have to say service was excellent. Tech Caleb called to give me his arrival time. He was polite, courteous, and patient (I just had spine surgery so was moving pretty slow!). Most important to my husband was that he was very neat. When finished explained all that he had done. We look forward to continuing the relationship with a service contract. For the first time in a long time, the service tech did not try to sell me anything!..High praise to Caleb and his management.

We have been using Charlotte Comfort Systems since our last house in Charlotte and carried over their service to our new house. They have always done an excellent job in helping to maintain our heating and A/C units. I've only ever had one unpleasant experience when a tech was smoking while servicing our AC unit, causing cigarette smoke to permeate throughout the house. They were quick to address my concerns and only send out quality techs. Recently, we had one of their techs, Caleb, come to our house for AC servicing and he was by far and away one of the best, yet. Prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and VERY thorough. If possible, I've made sure to request him for our future services.
