    Able to come to my house to look into issues we have had with our heat system in a timely manner. Professional, took time to explain my system, and discuss next steps. They kept me in the loop about what time they would arrive, gave me a price for the visit to diagnose the problem in advance and let me know all necessary parts and repairs would be quoted one issue determined. Will definitely use Cheeseman heating and air conditioning in the future.

    I had a truly awful experience with Cheeseman. We hired them to replace our HVAC system and ducts (a big project with a big price tag that needed to be done right). The first time they "finished" the project, we learned that the heat didn't work because they installed a part backwards. They came and fixed that issue, but shortly after that we started smelling gas throughout our house. It turns out that they hadn't bothered to tighten the gas line, so our house was flooded with gas. When we called the Cheeseman emergency line no one answered or called us back, so we had to get the natural gas provider to come out and fix the massive leak. After the gas incident we didn't feel great about the job in general, so we asked Cheeseman to send someone out and inspect the rest of the work. This inspection revealed that several of our vents/returns were never even connected to the duct work. We asked the company if they would offer us a discount on the massive bill to compensate us for all the trouble we went through, but they refused. If you care about quality and safety, take your business to someone else.

    We recently had a concern about our gas furnance which needed immediate attention, but not an emergency. One phone call later Cheeseman had a technician scheduled for the next day or if possible the day I called. Later in the day I received a call that a technician could make it the day I called. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional and spent a great deal of time examining the furnace and explaining what was needed and what was not needed.

    They are a company which stands behind its work, are responsive to customers and attempt to keep their pricing within reason as compared to many of the companies in the HVAC field who place profit margins above customer needs.

    Scheduled the annual service in early April for early May. Missed a few calls on day of service and they rerouted the tech. Rescheduled for later in May, then they cancelled. Then they rescheduled for June, and on day of service they cancelled. So 3 no shows and appallingly, they offered to reschedule for August. So SPRING service scheduled for August. Sounds like business is too good.
