My appt time was for 2:30 am. I arrived at 2am. They immediately gave me a door. You dont have to back in from the street you can go nose in first just keep close to the fence on the left once you've passed the cars and your in the back were the box trucks and dropped trailers are so you can swing right to spin around you can spin around only as long as there are no trucks with a trailer attached to it in the back. They starrted on me at 2:30am exactly. They were loading there own trucks as well aroubd these hours. I was done unloaded at 3:15am. There is room to park out on the road if you are going to arriving early or for overnight after 5pm. Im not sure on what its like over here in the daytime though. There's a Loves and a Pilot not to far away but there usually full day or night so good luck..
I've been dealing with Carrier for a little over 20+ years and the new parts department manager David Robbins is an amazing addition to the company. Has helped me in so many ways, always makes time to answer questions or hear out my concerns. He's a great guy! Highly recommend doing business with Carrier Enterprise.
No complaints, helpful customer service (phone and counter), building was clean, plenty of parking, had enough folks on the counter to keep lines down, only negative was their computer system was very slow. More time spent waiting on it than anything else.
Customer service was great I checked in the afternoon before my appointment and they said receiving hours starts after 2am. Even though it's by appointment only they will come out and knock on your door when all of their trucks are loaded. The parking lot is pretty tight with all the employees cars around you so be careful. It's best to back in from the street due to limited space after the cars on each side. The unloading time was under 30 minutes and overnight parking is available on the street.
This location is very tight for a 53-in trailer. Employee cars parked on the side and very difficult to get out. Take your time and be careful. make sure you don't hit the poles.
Very helpful staff and great prices. Cheaper than ordering online! I'm just a DIY homeowner and could have easily been brushed aside for higher volume folk, not here. I will be back for more parts in the future. Shoutout to D&L parts who sent me to CE.
Have been coming here for a very long time. Darren was the last of the great old ones and miss seeing him around. The guy I turn to anymore is Ralph he's took on the role of know what's there and not just what the computer says. He has saved me time and money and has took the top of who I turn to when I need help. Ask for Ralph
They are always helpful. Ralph has been a great help with all the changes going on the past several years it's so nice to know he is still there bringing a smile and great service when things get hard. Thanks Ralph!

I really enjoyed the people working here but management doesn't care about you and they treat you like a number instead of a human being.

Inside sales and counter is great.. However. Waiting on equipment to be brought out takes forever..Don't be in a hurry!
