Rafael Osuna is the best. He and his company have been servicing our AC and furnace needs for a few years now and they are always professional and informative. Rafael came today because our AC wasn't working and he diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, and got it up and running less than 30 minutes after arriving, while happily showing my kids what he was doing and chatting with them the whole time.

When he asked what the thermostat said, I told him it read 81 now but 87 yesterday. As soon as he heard yesterday, he made sure we knew we could've called yesterday and gotten somebody out the same day AND he checked with me that his call center offered the same day service when he found out I did call yesterday, which they had. Rafael is clearly committed to providing top notch service in a timely fashion and making sure that his teammates live up to his stellar local reputation.

BEWARE!
I had the motor actuator, 2 lbs of refrigerant on top of the service fee done almost a year ago. A/C started having the same initial issues that I reached out to them for. Rafael came by and wanted to add another 2 lbs of refrigerant. I said “you put 2 lbs in less than a year ago, does it have a leak for it to need another 2 lbs?” “Let me check… there’s a leak on the coils”. I asked, why that wasn’t initially reported when you came out months ago… “we don’t know how bad of a leak a system will have, we’ve added refrigerant to systems and not heard from them or may get a call after 3-5 yrs”. If my system has a leak, why not mention it. A leak could simply be detected by placing your gauges on and seeing what pressure level is being held. I spent $700+ on the initial visit and am currently being told you need a new coil or unit… well had they been transparent, done a proper diagnosis initially I could have invested that $700 towards what’s actually wrong with the system. Even upon most recently coming out, he just wanted to add more refrigerant. They also charged me another diagnostic fee when they really did no diagnosis.

We've been using City Air for a few years now. Rafael has been great for maintaining our systems, so when it was time to replace a unit, we had them out first. We did get quotes from several places, but we went with City Air because the price was right, and we trusted them. Would recommend for installs as well as regular maintenance.

This company (tech Charlie last 2 years) has a fantastic reputation around my neighborhood for being honest and very professional. I have been so impressed over the last two years that I now use them for my business office as well. You can trust this company!

I needed a new coil recently and I cannot speak more highly about City Air. The tech came out 15 minutes after I called them to diagnose my unit. From there I got some quotes and City was far and beyond the most fair. Thank you again for a wonderful repair experience!

We had a complete HVAC replacement by City Air Experts. Rafael was responsive and professional when he came to give us an estimate. He answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Within a few days of accepting their proposal, Axel and Jose came out to install. They did a great job and were professional and respectful of our home. I could tell they took pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Rafael showed up on time and quickly got to the root of the problem with our AC. He then explained the issue and repaired our system for us for a reasonable price.
