Acosta Heating, Cooling, & Electrical

Acosta Heating and Cooling just replaced my entire heating and cooling system. Everyone from the technicians, sales people and the installers have been very professional, responsive and great to deal with. Jeremy, the sales guy was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Juan and Kevin, the installers were excellent, especially taking care to clean up afterwards. Thanks Acosta!!!

Victor Ordonez was the absolute best electrician I’ve ever used! He was extremely insightful, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. Explained all of our options and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend using him for any electrical issues.

We had the best experience with the entire staff at Acosta. From our beginnings stages with Marcia and Josh to our entire unit being replaced by Steve, Duke & Jamie all within a day. We felt valued the entire time as they made sure that we were informed on our repairs and educated throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions immediately and were extremely professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

A technician drilled a hole in the side of my HVAC unit. Sure it was an accident but the professional thing to do would have been to repair it.

After inspecting my unit the Acosta technician quoted me $3,700 for a repair. I called several other local companies and every quote for the same service came back less than $1000. There is absolutely no reason for a $2,700 difference in a cost for repair.

I will never call Acosta again and cannot recommend them.

John advised me of what he was doing every step of the way. I completely trusted and was comfortable with everything he was doing. Everyone I talked to at Acosta was great - Jeremy explained all of my options and gave me so much more information than any other company I spoke with. Christie is very friendly and made sure my install stayed on track. Brandon and Dale were the installers and they were so professional and easygoing. They knew the answer to every question I had. We definitely made the right decision going with Acosta.

My experience was wonderful! Duke and Jamie were awesome. They were on time and very professional. When they finished installing the units they made sure I understood how to operate the thermostat and what to expect. I could not ask for any better technicians!

Everyone involved with Acosta is fantastic! Aheem, Geoffrey, Stan, Coleman & Jeremy were all involved in our recent new heat pump and upgrade installation. In addition a new installation of a new outside electrical panel and upgrade were done. The company has the highest standards and hires the best employees out there. They replaced a 23 yo ac unit for me in 2020 and it’s been wonderful. Any issues I had under warranty were covered completely and they always come immediately. The people are great and I trust them. They work with you on financing and don’t charge service charge if you end up buying something. They work with you and are fair. They help with rebates and make sure you save as much as possible.

Acosta has been amazing. We replaced our old AC unit using them and from start to finish amazing service and quality work. From the salesman Matt that first came to our home to the techs who installed the ac and thermostat everyone was exceptional. With ac install they did inspections a few months after to make sure everything was working smoothly. They even sent out one of their electricians Tony to inspect the breaker after install. Quality work.
Several months later we had an electrical issue (unrelated to ac) and called Acosta back for their electrical service. Tony came out again and diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue. He does quality work and cares about his work. And it shows he tested many things to make sure his initial diagnosis was 100% the issue.
I could not recommend Acosta enough and would use them again without hesitation they're just a great company with exceptional staff who knows their stuff.
