I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink and needed the plumbing changed out. I was able to call and make the appointment on a Sunday night for a convenient time for me and my family. Michael came out and was professional, very knowledgeable, and even let me 4 yr old watch him the entire time. Michael was able to take care of our issue and improve our sink flow and drainage at the same time. Bonus- He worked very efficiently and we were able to make it to our afternoon commitments! Would highly recommend.

Caiden and Justin came out to take a look at our AC that was no longer working. These techs were very thorough and knowledgeable, found the leak quickly, and added refrigerant to get the AC back up and running for now until they come back to replace the leaking coil. Overall they were very professional! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I was particularly impressed with the technicians’ knowledge and explanation of the issue as compared to companies I’ve used in the past. Thanks for all the help guys!!! Not to mention— the office staff was great. I spoke to Caleb and Parker over the phone. They were great, respectful and attentive. We will definitely be using Queen City Plumbing for any future HVAC or plumbing issues.

Queen City Heating, Air, & Plumbing came highly recommended. The primary reason for needing to contact them was to install a digital thermostat that I had purchased for my new home. Since a tech was going to be here, I also asked that he take a look a my system and evaluate it, as the bedrooms typically run colder than the rest of the house. Matthew arrived on time and patiently explained everything to me as he evaluated the system. He gave me recommendations and even called for a quote so I could make a completely informed decision. After evaluating the system, he installed the thermostat quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and did a great job. While the install was a bit more expensive than I expected, it was worth it knowing that it was done correctly.

Caiden did a great job. He worked hard to get the downstairs thermostat working. He had to put our old thermostat back on, no fault of him, it was our heat pump unit that was the problem. He did a great job.

Donald just came through and repaired the plumbing issues we were having in our condo unit. He was on time, provided clear communication, and knocked out the repairs along with being professional. Thanks again.

We reached out in need of emergency pluming at our office and they came out same day within hours. For the service call Donald and Camory took less than an hour from start to finish. We appreciate it and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!

We had a 60 feet sewer line replacement done by Queen City Heating, Air, and Plumbing. Donald, Paul, and Nas did a fantastic job. They worked diligently to make sure we weren't without plumbing for long and they were very informative about the entire process. Thank you to Donald, Paul, and Nas.

About a month ago had a gentleman named Donald come out to service us on the weekend on short notice. He was timely and very professional and we were fortunate he was able to get our water heater repaired. Would definitely recommend this group !
