Butler Service Inc

Butler service is a family company that treats their clients as if they were family. My AC unit expired after 20 years of service. Butler was a phone call away to install a new unit. They also installed a new thermostat and provided me with a new carbon monoxide detector. I received nothing but GREAT customer service and prompt attention to my AC needs. Butler will always be my "go to" provider. Thank you Trey for doing an awesome job with the installation assuring all was complete!

Trey Butler and Butler Services does not deserve 1 star. Trey came to my home and bypassed the control board on the air handling unit on July 1st. He has been ignoring my calls along with the main office since I noticed he never returned and my fan continued running. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - what a SCAM!

Fast response after I called to inquire. Family oriented business. I’ve been living with window units for 10 years and I feel like I have a brand new house. Efficient and fast. Honest and eager to help you. I’d totally recommend Butler Services for heating and air needs. I had talked to 3 other places and for the same thing was quoted unrealistic prices as well as told I had a 3-4 month wait. Support family local owned businesses. They treat your needs like they value their own vs a chain where you’re just another number.

This company deserves 5+ stars! After having problems with my new air conditioner for the past four years and at least four companies (including one that advertises on TV) looking at it with no solutions the brilliant owner of Butler Air and his son found the simple issue. They were kind, respectful, and informative. I’m so greatful I found them.

I would recommend Butler Service to everyone. They have a very knowledgeable staff and they treat my 88 year old Mother like she is their Mother. Anyone that needs service or install work wouldn't go wrong with this company!!
