I highly recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems. Michelle went above and beyond to work me in their schedule when they were fully booked. Kudos to her! Joseph the technician was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get an issue resolved with the company that installed my unit. Kudos to him as well! I feel secure knowing CCS has my best interest and isn't one of those places that just want to drown your pocketbook. I truly appreciate the work and help they have done for me, and they will handle all my maintenance from here on out.

Trouble shot our heat pump - was frozen up and nog producing ANY heat. Very professional, personable and friendly. Explained everything he did. Great visit.

Caleb performed the seasonal inspection, cleaned the compressor and verified the dampers were operational. I asked that he have the office give me a call to schedule new thermostats to be installed. I need the make and model of the thermostat so I can purchase them directly and then have them installed by Charlotte Comfort Systems.

I have been using Charlotte Comfort Systems with Scott Shelton for 17 years. He installed my unit 17 years ago. AC went out. Joe came out and it was the capacitor for the outside condenser. Joe was knowledgeable and recommended the lower price capacitor because of the age of my system since that capacitor will probably out live my unit. He did not try to up sale me. Enough Said!!

The technician was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough. We have always been satisfied with Charlotte Comfort Systems. We have always done the maintenance plan. We have used them for years.
