He was here and hour before his scheduled appointment and we were grateful. He did it well, and pretty quickly and when you have no water, that's appreciated. Great job.

My experience with Michael & Sons today was very positive. The initial check on my unit was thorough. It included going into the crawl space to check the compressor. And, I am so glad they did as they found black mold encompassing the unit! Their efforts may have saved my life! These guys are top notch representatives of your company. They sent James to review my options for replacing the heating system and installing a unit to prevent mold. James made me feel comfortable and well informed with deciding which unit to choose.

These men are the best of the best! Bravo!

Jim came out to give us an estimate on our upstairs furnace and was absolutely amazing. He was straightforward and honest about what he saw and provided insight that other companies failed to mention. So glad that we decided to give Michael and Son a call to come out and be our new HVAC installer/technicians. Thanks again Jim!!

Horrible experience. This is a bait and switch completely dishonest business. They waive the $69 dispatch fee if you chose to do the work with them but their actual service/labor fee is ridiculously high and inconsistent. So your choice is to loose the $69 fee or pay a very high price to have the job done or call another business. They know that when they come over most people will not bother calling another electrician to restart the process so they charge you big time more , that’s their business model. The technician was very confusing with the fee and borderline unprofessional when trying t resolve my issue Stay away from them. I would never use this company again and I would look at better option if you need electrical work.

Technician John was on-time, polite, informative and did a thorough maintenance of our HVAC unit. He explained the condition to me clearly and left me feeling confident it will continue to be safe working order.

From the initial contact through the completion of the work, this company made my experience seamless. They are very professional. Benita from customer service calmed me down and clearly explained how the company works. Mr Zuala, the technician, walked me through the expected repairs. The company adapted easily to the problem as they inspected it. I appreciate they prioritized same day repairs and did not prolong the process. Kudos Michael & Son!!!

We came back from vacation late on a freezing Christmas Eve to find our gas water heater pilot light was out! On Christmas day, I booked an appointment for Monday morning via their online booking site. A lady called me a little after 8 on Monday to confirm the appointment. The tech was quick, professional and thorough in checking out the water heater and getting the pilot light going again. Would definitely call them again.

Very disappointed, lacking good customer service. Michael and Son SERVICES IS RIP OFF.......... Called for estimate, the representative they assigned to come, wanted to charge me DOUBLE THE AMOUNT $3000 + FOR REPLACING WATER HEATER CREATING MAJOR OTHER PROJECT TO GO WITH IT. FYI to Michael and son, other business offered reasonable better prices and reviews.
