I used this company for an electical issue. Needed to swap out 2 breakers and 1 receptacle. They charged me $650 for a diagnostic fee that took 20 minutes. I asked what’s the hourly rate and was told there is none it’s by the job. They definitely overcharged me ($1100 total) but they appeared to fix the problem. I wanted my tenants happy so I paid. But I cannot recommend them based on their outrageous pricing. I’ve been managing rentals for 16 years and this was the most aggressive pricing I’ve seen in that time. This job should have cost $600-$750. I also realized they (parent company) are not based in Huntersville but Washington DC. So your not hiring a local electrician, that probably explains the DC pricing in NC. I’ll be looking for any other Electrician for my future needs.

Update ***** I was contacted by a manager a few days after the job and was able to professionally resolve my concerns and the price was adjusted based on the time the inspection took. It was a little bit of a hassle to go through this all but they did the right thing in my opinion.

It was my first time ever using Michael and son and I was very happy with their technician Thomas. Thomas was able to quickly address the problem and restore our electricity. In addition, he was so helpful and give us very knowledgeable advice for preventative measures going forward. I would definitely recommend this company.
