Deceptive, dishonest, and extremely over priced. I reached out to masters for a service call and was informed that it would be 99 for the travel fee to come look at my unit. However once the two people arrived the tech and the salesman. I'm assuming they saw the age of my unit and sent the salesman to push the hard sell on me. I was informed of the additional 230 diagnostic fee that is in addition to the 99 travel fee so 330 before they even start. They also informed me this was competitive pricing, which it isn't. None of their competitors that I called had this additional fee. My unit was low on coolant. The salesman then started pushing extremely hard to sell me new ac unit while ignoring the many times I told him I just want refrigerant put in. He then gave me a quote for a new 3 ton ac unit for 28 thousand dollars my unit is a 2 ton. I told them I wouldn't be needing their services and went with their much cheaper competitors. They put coolant in my system for about half what masters was charging me.

Great work, very professional, maybe a little on the high side in price. But you pay for what you get. They gave me several options and I chose the highest quality. Rey has been here before and can’t express how great. Job he done. I will always use this company.

I needed immediate service on a leaking faucet and Ray was the only one I called who could give me same day service. He was very thorough and got the job done quickly. It was a much more expensive repair than I initially thought but appreciated the detailed report card of the repair. If cost wasn’t as high I would have given a 5 star.

they came out to check my AC unit and make sure it was running in tip top shape. they explained everything to me and even showed me pictures of my actual unit to help me understand. Terry and Spencer were very patient. I would use this company again.

Joel & Brandon came out today to do our Winter Service on our heating system, Just Great Technicians. All the courtesies of putting shoe covers on to asking about the system. They were able to correct a minor issue that could have turned into a major problem. They did not rush through the service call just First Class Service from start to finish. The office staff called and sent emails reminders prior to the service call and informed us when the Technicians were 15 Minutes from our home.

The Master Plumbers Heated & Cooling Staff were awesome. We trust them with our needs .

Terry and his partner technician were professional and courteous. He took the time to explain all the findings with my heating and air conditioning units and explained my options for repair and replacement in a way that I could easily understand. Will use their services again.

BI-Annual AC Service. Jorge was very thorough and felt he took a nice amount of time to look at our AC system. He was very professional and informative. Would highly recommend the company.

Brandon was on time, professional, kind and thoughtful. We felt his expert advice was appropriate. His communication was clear, helped us to understand the problem, and the process to resolve it. Also with our permission did an assessment of other areas. We greatly appreciated the service from Brandon. We will use Master Plumbers again in the future.

Tried twice to schedule an appointment for gas log service. Picked a time on their website using the link they sent me, got an email back saying they'd gotten the request, but nobody ever contacted me, and nobody showed up to the house at the appointed time. Tried this all a second time, got a confirmation of request, no contact, nobody came. Very frustrating experience, especially waiting at home for nobody twice. I've gone with somebody else now.
