My experience from start to finish was fantastic. I requested service online at like 4am and received a call back at 7:30am. There was availability same day but we scheduled for the next day. I received a confirmation email and text and a call the morning before the technician arrived. I was sent the technicians info including a picture of him. Brandon was my technician. He was amazing! He did an inspection, found the things I needed fixed, and gave me several different options on what services I wanted. He did not make me feel pressured into paying for unnecessary services. He explained everything to me thoroughly and got to work. My appt was at 8am and he was done with everything by 2:30ish. This included installation of a new hot water tank, installation of 2 new toilets, and fixing a leak. Brandon did have help from a few other guys and they all were great! The whole crew worked together to get the job done and we’re very efficient! I will definitely use them for future jobs!

Brandon was courteous, informative and thorough in his explanations and ensured our house was left the better than when he first came. Thank you Brandon and the dispatch team for the great service and quick responses.

Service not listed because he didn’t fix anything. Charged us over $300 for fixing absolutely nothing. $200 was for diagnostic test so they can tell us that it will cost thousands more if we wanted it fix.Then he wanted to charge us $600 to pop in a hose that I already have on hand into my pull out kitchen sink faucet. Definitely would not recommend them they are over price for the little that they do. Do not agree to their $200 diagnostic test. All he did was take pictures of the parts.

Brandon L. gave me excellent professional service. He and Zac were extremely courteous. They checked everything out, gave me options, and effectively and efficiently fixed my problem.

If you are interested in a specific fix for plumbing or HVAC needs (ex. leaky bathtub), find another business. If you are looking for a membership plan, where you pay for on-going maintenance, etc. this business may work for you.
I loved Southern Comfort Heating and Air, and when I bought a new house I called this company they had merged with to fix a leaking bathtub, documented with pictures by the home inspector, and for HVAC maintenance. Rather than focusing on the service requested, the technician went through the entire home without permission (my partner was present while I was at work or this would not have occurred) and gave a 3-tiered quote for every possible plumbing need and a few imaginary (similar for HVAC) starting at ~$10,000, but if I joined their club, they would take a certain percentage off of the cost. When I asked about the actual leak, they said they couldn't find it, and it would be another $400 to look further into it. After having already paid the $89 plus tax service fee x2, I was naturally pretty livid and called to let them know how disappointed I was in the lack of service and to request a refund of the service charges since no service had been provided. The manager did return my call promptly,and after an extensive discussion refused to return the service fees but instead offered a 2nd service call for free to investigate the leak. I agreed to this as I still had a leaky tub; however, the day of service they called to change the time, then later called to say since I had another business there at the updated time (for the HVAC services they did not provide) they chose to not stop. That is the last communication I had with this company and hope to have in the future.

Our technician, Tim, was prompt, professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. We appreciate that he made recommendations and suggestions on ways when can continue to keep our units running at optimal performance. Yes, we would recommend this business to friends and neighbors. .

The company responded and came out very quickly. Ray was wonderful, efficient, and professional. He gave us straight-forward information so that we could make the best decision and know all of the fees upfront.

Brandon was very good. He was here installing the water heater and fixing the pipe. He explained everything about the installation in terms that I could understand. I would certainly use Masters Plumbing again. Thank you so much. Chris Roberts
