Once again impressed on the quality of work the service expert Terry and Will brought to my home. Very professional and helpful with all my questions. They did my maintenance on my A/C system and installed an air quality product on my home.

Almond was great! He was professional and personable. He explained what our problems were and the options we had to fix them. He took his time and did a great job. We also liked how he made sure that he cleaned up behind himself when the job was done. We definitely will personally request Almond for our future plumbing needs!!!

Very respectful, explained everything in detail. Both he and Adam were very knowledgeable. Will use again highly recommend.

Found out our water heater burst during the night or morning. Rey was was sent out and arrived super fast and explained everything that needed to get done. Rey and the other technician were prompt and got the replacement and install done fast and efficiently. Rey answered any questions we had and was very nice. A great experience to a stressful morning.

Overpriced, rip off. I had the monthly service plan, absolute to off. Everytime they came they found some issue to charge me hundreds for. Once they tried to charge me $150 to reprogram my thermostat. The irony is that THEY were the ones that originally installed and programmed it.

They quoted me $16k to replace an HVAC unit and I called around and found EVERY other provider quoting $6-7k. I asked them why so much and told them about my other quotes and was lied to. He told me they pay more than $7k for the unit. I went with another provider and paid $6700 installed for the same unit.

From my first call with Brittany and meeting with Joel to quote our new HVAC system, to the install with Terry, Master Plumbing has been nothing but professional and courteous. Their quality control protocols are exceptional as well as their customer service. I look forward to working with this company for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. Thank you Master Plumbing, you guys are great!

Terry was very knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to, and inform me every time he moved to different areas of the house and explained what he would be doing.
This was my first time with this company.and I would give them a 5.

The personnel are friendly enough but the prices are not at all competitive. Each time I've had them out they try to upsell me on service that is not really needed. They tend to exaggerate the concern and also the benefit of their service.

I've been paying monthly $29.90 for a plan that is supposed to save me money on their services, but when I get competitive bids, that is the furthest thing from realtiy. I'm definitely cancelling the membership at renewal. Total waste of $. :(

Our technician Tim was extremely knowledgeable and was not pushy with the sales pitch but did share with us the terms in the most understandable non abrasive approach i ever experienced from a service technician. We will call this company back in the near future.

Friendly, courteous gentleman arrived at my door. Very respectful, unintrusive, professional. Asked if I had any questions both at arrival and departure. Extremely positive experience.
