The job looks well-done and neatly done. The plumbers seemed knowledgeable and were very professional. In addition to the quoted work, they also replaced a drain line that I didn't ask to be done but I had been wanting to get done, so that was a nice touch.

My Rinnai water heater stopped heating water. I booked this appointment with Masters and was told there would be an $85.00 fee to come out. When the plumbers arrived they immediately told me my water heater would very well need to be replaced before even looking at it. They they told me they would charge $322 "diagnostic fee" to look at it and that would not apply to any repairs. I told them if I had been made aware of that I would not have asked them to come out I was only told about the $85.00. I asked what I was getting with the $85 and they tried to tell me about a "safety inspection" and another pitch on a new water heater. I told them I did not want to move forward and they billed me the $92.00 (includes tax) and said they would call their manager to see if there was anything they could do. They had been there for less than 5 minutes. They want out to their van and I got a phone call from the manger saying the diagnostic fee would be credited to any work I had done. I told him this felt very shady and I did not want to move forward. I called another local plumber who after looking at it reached out to Rinnai (standard procedure) with no diagnostic fee and they identified the problem within minutes. No diagnostic fee, no games. This company is really shady and definitely felt taken advantage of. I was out $92.00 dollars for 5 minutes with no help whatsoever. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

Brandon, Greg and Rey came out to our home and did a very professional job. They also educated my wife and I on exactly what they were doing and why. They were all friendly, respectful of our home and got us the most affordable price for the excellent work they did. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and invite them back if we have any other work that needs to be done. We are extremely grateful! Thank you guys!!!

This was my first time using Masters, and it was a thoroughly good experience. My technicians Terry and Adam were not only competent, but courteous and profession able as well. I was so impressed by them that I have signed up for the company’s yearly maintenance plan.

Came out the next day after I called. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my HVAC and fixed the issue. Will definitely use them again.

Rey and his assistant Sean were very professional and knowledgeable. I had complete blockage with plumbing that was only 3 years old. He also took the time to diagnose and explain why this has happened. I will certainly call them again if needed.
