Rey and Ben were very professional, courteous and knew what they were talking about about the services to be provided.

We had an appointment around 1pm and they called and said they were coming earlier, around 10am. They were her by 10:30

Rey explained the options if what it would cost and his suggestions.

They took the time to solve the problem and we are very happy of their work. One thing I liked is that they cleaned up the floors after the work was done.

I will definitely would use them again and make sure Rey would be the one to come here.

Brandon was my service tech and he went over and above what his job was. He made sure that everything worked right and that I understood everthing I needed to do in case I ran into trouble. Master Plumbers sent out Brandon for our home to be serviced. Let’s just say he did the job and then some! Gave us some insightful information for the future of the problem arises again. My wife and couldn’t be any more happier with the services he provided for us today. It’s the holidays and of course we were remorseful for calling but he obliged with no problem to help us out. Definition would want him to service our home again if any other problems arise.

We have used this company for two repairs, a shower drain, and issues with our AC unit leaking. Both times the technicians were very professional and explained all issues and repair options very thoroughly. Today Joel came out to fix a leak in our AC unit and he was very nice and professional. He even gave my little nephew a keychain flashlight to play with. Would def recommend.

Joseph and Patrick came to our home immediately after we called which made us happy. Their knowledge and capability to repair our air-conditioning was stellar. Not only did they work well together, but they provided us with ongoing information to help us understand how they were going to get things to work again. As our problem continued to escalate, they made several other visits to be sure that we would be comfortable and happy with the end result.
