Ray from Masters Plumbing did a Plumbing Inspection and found a number of issues that I decided to fixed by Master Plumbers. Ray would do them the same day. In addition Brandon from Master Plumbers came to work on the repairs. Ray and Brandon worked quickly making the repairs and explaining the actions they were taking. Ray had to leave almost half through the repair to go to another call. Brandon finished up. He took his time to make sure all the repairs were done correctly and everything was working correctly. I called Master Plumbers yesterday morning after my water tank stopped heating.
Brandon arrived on time for the appointment later that day.
Throughout the appointment he was very professional and personable.
He discussed the potential charges I was going to incur.
He explained their billing is based on the overall project rather than by the hour. So if it costs x to diagnose something and the diagnostic finds the issue immediately, you still pay the full price. That may not be for every one but I agreed to that. Brandon then found the problem and presented 3 options to resolve it with quotes that represented the total cost (inclusive of the call out fee, diagnostic fee and replacement). He also fixed a separate problem I had with the operation of the master shower. He worked past the end of a regular work day and got everything fixed that day. Overall I was impressed and would work with Master Plumbers.

Technician Rey took advantage of my urgent repair need and hit me with excessive, bogus charges that he could only defend by saying, "that's just what we charge."

I had an exceptional experience working with Master Plumbers. I was under a pressing deadline for my business and needed a plumber ASAP in order correct a drainage issue. After calling several plumbers who were unable to accommodate my deadline, I called Master Plumbers and not only did they fit me into their schedule, but they fit me in within hours of me calling. They came to my business, and assessed my plumbing issue. They created a couple of different options to suit various price points. Once a plan had been made, they persistently worked to correct my drainage problem. Once they were finished, I was given proof that the problem had been fixed. They were fast, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend their services for anyone who has a plumbing issue.

My experience with Master’s Plumbers Heating & Cooling was exceptional. My family was going through a tough time but needed help with a plumbing issue in our home. A team of plumbers; Brandon, Greg, Ray, and Paul, led by their supervisor Lee went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. The team’s work ethic and plumbing knowledge was outstanding and the work they accomplished was amazing.
The best thing about working with this team at Master’s was their compassion. They really looked out for my family and I as we are going through a tough time. Tim came to do my annual furnace inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in his explanation of the inspection process.

My AC quit cooling on Monday evening; called Master Plumbing Heating & Cooling on Tuesday morning and they were able to get my AC fixed by Tuesday afternoon. Excellent communication from office and the technician Joel. Will definitely be using their services again!

10/10 would recommend Masters to anyone in the area. Joel and Michael came out for an HVAC service and provided the BEST professional and customer service. They really know their stuff and take the time to make sure you understand everything as well.

Rey was the master plumber that came out to our home. He was kind, courteous, professional and fast. Repairing a plumbing leak inside a wall is a pain from a homeowner’s perspective, but Rey was very helpful in navigating the issue and the job site was left clean. We would recommend him to anyone.

Great experience with Rey and his assistant, Brandon. They showed up on time and before fixing the leaky bathroom faucet, they did a thorough walk through of my homes sinks, kitchens, toilets, and tub/showers. That was included in the $85 service fee. He then came back with what he found and related pricing. Absolutely no pressure to add anything additional on. I found the walk through very helpful as I have not had the plumbing checked since moving in 2.5 years ago. I didn’t go with everything on his list, but I did add in a few more pressing fixes. I’ll be referring out Master Plumbers!
