Ridiculous pricing and procedures. Paid $260 and nothing got fixed. Some of my outlets went out so I called them and they told me okay it's 70 dollars for an electrician to come out and tell you your problem; he looked at the outlets and within 5 minutes of getting here he said it would be 260 dollars to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Like did I not call you to come and troubleshoot the problem for $70 in the first place? After I paid the 260 maybe 20 minutes later he said it was more things than he thought and said it would be another 230 to fix it. Absolutely not so I had him leave and STILL paid 260. Nothing was fixed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
UPDATE 1 MONTH LATER: After I contacted them at their request because of my bad review they proceeded to do absolutely nothing. My Mom came to visit and fixed it in 10 minutes. Do not use this company.

Asher was my technician more important he was an outstanding Human!! Asher Explained everything so that I could understand. Asher went the extra mile being careful while I still had a client. Asher made me feel like he genuinely wanted to help my situation and get this yall it was the end of the work day. Asher if you read this , your was awesome man !! I greatly appreciate you !

Michael & Sons was very professional, prompt, and responsive. I had several slow leaks in the lavatory sinks in a bathroom. Two sinks - both needed new faucets installed and new hot/cold water supply valves replaced. The technician did excellent work. However, they were incredibly expensive. I purchased the faucets and valves - roughly $200 - from Home Depot. The technician worked at the house for 3 1/2 hours to do the work. Cost was $1,500. Ridiculous to have to pay that much just for labor to have sink faucets replaced. Great work. Probably can’t afford to use them again.

Dustin was our HVAC tech. He was extremely professional. Explained things in detail to our layman understanding. Quick. efficient and thorough. Got our AC back and working in less than an hour. Highly recommend Michael and Son

I am changing my review from 2 stars to 1 star. I was charged $250 for the electrician to come out and not fix my problem. My problem came back the following day. I had a friend come and help me the next day and they were able to fix the problem. The company contacted me asking why I rated them 2 stars. I told them the above information. They wouldn’t provide me a refund because i couldn’t prove with an invoice what the real problem was. Then they offered me $100 store credit if i changed my review to a good review. I will not be bribed. Don’t go with this company.

Absolutely greatest company to deal with in regards to hvac and my plumbing!! Very reasonable prices and they are so friendly with my incredibly attention needy dog!! Helped replace a lightbulb that went out in my attic, while doing hvac maintenance. I'm so so so happy with my newly installed backyard hose bib and the replacement of the front hose bib that was leaking. I plan to use them for any needs for hvac and plumbing in the future. Very kind, knowledgeable, and skilled workers have made all the difference for me. 😁🙌

We had an incoming water pipe sheer completely in half inside the wall causing water to go down two floors. Plumber was very responsive, explained the plan of the repair to us, and got our water back on and pipe fixed. Prices were very reasonable. I liked that they give you info about your repair tech -with realistic photo- before arrival so you know who is entering the house and feel safer.

I dont normally leave reviews and I might not have if it hadn't been for the tech that worked on fixing my leak. Sadly this was because of quest pipes and a leak foundunder the concrete slab which I figured was going to be expensive and look like a disaster zone. My technician Gage was very thorough and walked me through all that needed to be done as well as payment plans available. I work from home and i cant say enough about Gage. The noise was actually minimal despite having to use a jack hammer to get to the leak. He was very professional and left the job site clean with as minimal "tearing up" of the area that was necessary. So thank you Gage for your hard work, thorough walk through and keeping the repair area as small and clean as possible and just generally being a nice and patient guy, it was greatly appreciated!

So, I hired them to install and insure an entire brand new HVAC system, less than two years ago. Now, I needed an inspection done and they sent a tech that did not know anything. He spent over two hours here and he did find a problem. Problems happen. They should be able to fix them. He came back the next day and found another issue, because he could not identify the real issue. First, it was this. Then it was not. Then it was this. I requested a new tech today and they have the nerve to charge me another fee. This company is horrible. If I didn’t have the warranty through them I would not be using them. It is your job to provide techs that can diagnose issues the first time around instead of charging me 59 dollars and then another 89 for something that should have been fixed the first time around. I was told it was a really common issue and can be fixed same day by two other companies. Just a waste of my time and longer for selling. I would rate lower but I can’t.

My mother's a/c wasn't working. Called in the morning and the tech was out there in the afternoon. Quick, great work. Even gave my mom a senior discount 🤗 he was very professional and polite. Thank you for not being like the "other" companies.
