I don’t typically leave reviews but I can’t say enough good things about Michael and Sons as a whole.

From our initial inspection with Wade, to our our consultation with James, and installation with Marcus and team. Everyone went SO above and beyond to make this experience a smooth one. So incredibly professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services. Truly phenomenal and hard working people!

Edited - Company refunded deposit, which is greatly appreciated. If we had been able to use their services, they were very quick to respond to the request for a call.

When I called to set up the appointment I was very, very clear that I was looking for an electrician that would be able to run power to a sign we had installed roadside. I confirmed with the dispatcher where the sign is located in relation to our building and she assured me this is a service they provide. Unfortunately, the company does not have the needed equipment and this is NOT a service they provide, but I was still required to pay the deposit. The technician was very nice and understanding and of course it was not his fault that he was sent on a call that should have never been scheduled.

The technician was professional knowledgeable and supportive. He completely explained what wad going on with our system. He was pleasant and respectful

I was very pleased and impressed with the efficiency and quality of the inspection. Found it was small issue fixed it without an upcharge. Highly satisfied and highly recommend over some hourly hvac company in HR.

They worked with me on the appointment time due to my work schedule. The technician told me something that I never knew, that you should flush your water heater once every year. The only issue I had was it seemed a little pricey, $2800 for a water heater.

Michael & Son has exceptional service. We've had to call them twice for two separate issues and each time the technicians were efficient, knowledgeable and professional. We signed up with a plan because I dont need to go anywhere else for my home needs.

Highly recommend. Experts in their field. Professional service! A little expensive but it was a service call to figure out what was wrong with our HVAC. $89 service call fee on top of the repair. We would still use again and they a 5% military discount.

After a water leak caused damage to my kitchen i called michael and sons. The plumber was absolutely great but the restoration service was awful. They damaged my countertop when they removed it, cut the base out of a cabinet i was supposed to be able to reuse rendering the entire thing useless, their fans continually blew my fuses and left me without power when it shorted a line to my house, showed up 4 hours late to an appointment and to top it off there was asbestos shingles behind the wall that no one mentioned and they blew the dust all over my kitchen and dining room for a week before the last day the rep told me about it. Every repair contractor when i told them i used michael and sons said i should have gone anywhere else. Save your time and money, do not let their restoration service in your home

The 2 technicians that came to work on my tub faucet were very nice and professional. They fixed a very leaky tub faucet that was gushing a lot of water. They explained what they did and the further work needed. The biggest thing I felt was they were not there to cheat me. I've been cheated or tried to cheat, so I'm always apprehensive when I need work done. These guys were very good and I thank them and will be contacting Michael & Son in the future. Excellent!! Fantastic service! I have had several other plumbers work on my house, but had the best experience by far with Michael and Son. Everyone was very polite- from the dispatchers to the plumbers. Additionally, when my original plumber was under the weather, a new plumber was able to come at the same time frame. The cost was also very competitive!
