Cast iron plumbing that was leaking was replaced with PVC and both outdoor spigots needed replacement. I was a little shocked at the price, (as I wasn’t sure what to expect),but the tech worked with me for the most immediate needed repair and any available discounts. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. We talked about future repairs and costs as well as a service plan for the HVAC that was very reasonable compared to other companies, however M&S offers more with their plan. I am happy with this experience.

Our water heater sprung a leak the day before our daughter’s wedding with a house full of guests. Micheal and Sons got us a tech to the house with in a few hours of calling, and removed the old water heater and installed a new tankless water heater. The team got the new system installed quickly and professionally and we didn’t miss any events. I would highly recommend them for any work.

Amazing company! I highly recommend! We had a pipe burst last night and I called and they dispatched Mr. Andrew out to our home and he was able to repair the pipe in a quick, timely and professional manner. My pipe cracked all the way to the spout for my hose. Mr. Andrew tried to salvage my spout, but it was too cracked and needs replacing, I declined the spout replacement as it would have been an additional charge, and he was upfront about it which I highly appreciated. We decided that capping that section of pipe would be for the best as I don't need my hose here in the middle of winter. When I want to have my spout replaced I will definitely call these folks as they are just simply amazing. While the cost might seem to be a bit high, you're not only just paying for their time and parts, you're paying for professionalism and technical skill to make sure that when your problem is fixed, it is FIXED. On top of that, their 24/7 availability was a life saver as my busted pipe was a major leak and if I had to wait until morning my water bill would be way worse than what this is.

If you're reading this. Please consider them as your go to for plumbing repair! I couldn't be more satisfied!

Moe came out and was very professional and polite. He addressed the issue and was very transparent with what was going on. While he wasn’t able to fix the issue (it was a specific plumbing issue that didn’t fall under the companies services), he offered some very helpful tips and advice. Any future plumbing tasks will be directed towards Michael and Son.
Moe did ask that I let people know that he kicked my dog and cursed at my child. He has a great sense of humor and I appreciate the time he took to make sure I understood everything.

Had a GFCI breaker replaced and got a quote for a panel replacement. I had Azriel as the technician. He was great, very personable and reasonable. He called and it worked for him to come early which was was really nice. He did a great job of answering questions and explaining things. Would definitely recommend this company. I will use them for my panel replacement.

Two gentlemen came to the house to troubleshoot and repair 2 electrical outlets and restore power to our pot lights in kitchen and the garbage disposal.
It took them less than 10 minutes to isolate the issues, another 20 to completely change out the bad receptacles, switches, and breaker, and get everything back up and working properly.
I would definitely recommend this company, especially the gentlemen that came to our home.
They were knowledgeable, explained everything to me, they were polite and very professional.
