We were referred to this company after having a bad experience with another one. Our first interaction with G and G was amazing which led us to call them again for a separate issue. However, this time was different. The woman who answers the phone (not sure of her name) severely lacked customer service skills. Every time we have called she has had zero professionalism. We called to make an appointment and she said she would call us later in the day with a date. Two days go by and no call. After we called back to schedule the appointment we asked about what time to expect the technician. She was very rude again. She wrote down the wrong issue we were having which led to the technician performing an unnecessary check and were charged for both. We called and asked for a refund for the unnecessary check and she was rude, yet again, and accused us of having given her the wrong information. Sadly, we won't be calling G and G for future heating and cooling needs due to these interactions with the customer service.
G&G came out within a few hours for an emergency breakdown on the first 90+ degree streak of the year. The fixed my system within minutes. Absolutely kind and professional.
Our hot water heater stopped working and Mr. Glisson was prompt in responding to our call. He had to come out a second time within a few days and he did not charge for the second visit. We now have hot water! He was knowledgeable and courteous.
They have been servicing our AC/heating units at our office Wards Corner Pediatrics since we opened in 2012 and they have been great and always helpful! They just put two new units in today and they were fast and efficient! Thank you guys for everything!! Look forward to many more years working with you!
Replaced the gas furnace flame sensor. All good, answered my questions. Use G&G as my yearly maintenance company for heat and air conditioner Mx/cleaning. They keep my systems operating at peak performance. A trusted HVAC business.
The technician showed up on time, thoroughly checked my compressors cleaned the air handlers and give me some preventative maintenance to prolong the life of my old equipment.
Once again Mike and the guys came to the rescue and did amazing work.
We came home from a trip to no AC. I don't trust anyone else to come out, Mike fortunately was working a job down the road and came by figured out the problem, ordered the replacement fan motor and was back out this morning to replace the motor. I will call on G & G as long as they're in business.
They came and looked it at.. said it would cost me $569 to do a diagnostic assessment of the problem. The problem is and how much it was going to cost.Oh and let’s not forget their service fee of 149.00 no thank you
Mike and his colleagues at G&G Services are wonderful to work with. They put in a second HVAC SYSTEM when I added a second story to my ranch house 20 years ago, which still works great, and I have used them to maintain that system and the first floor system ever since. They have always been responsive when there's an HVAC issue, and they are an honest and reasonable small local family business.
